I stayed at this hotel as part of a group of 7 with Omega holidays. On arrival there was no one on duty who could speak English and were greeted by a lady who, as we discovered later, did a bit of everything in the hotel. Travelling on my own I always dread the moment when I open the door... More

My partner and I had such a wonderful experience in TUSCANY, it is truly one of Italy's most beautiful regions. We stayed at Hotel Aggravi and really left feeling a bit disappointed. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by a very kind lady who seemed to have it together and gave us the idea that we were staying at... More

Maybe we did not have good luck in this hotel, since it was schedule to stay at the Perugia and in the last moment the Romantic Spa package transfered us to the Aggravi. The reception was not warm and the breakfast was very poor, specially in the last day. Room and bathroom were clean but very simple and basic. Hotel... More

We stayed at the Aggravi late September 2013. The room was nice and airey and was clean. The shower worked fine after the hotel changed the broken shower head. The food was disappointing - no choice, overcooked and unimaginative. It felt that the cook was doing his best with poor ingredients - there was never any fresh bread, always stale... More

Stayed here recently with my wife on a package holiday through Omega. The hotel was very clean, with comfortable beds in a spacious bedroom. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, especially the manager, Alberto (who went out of his way to borrow a guitar for me). The location is ok, with local buses at the door and extra-urban... We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights on Apr 2013. The room was okay and clean, hot showers but we didn't like the miserliness almost in everything. They didn't add soap or the tiny shampoo bags... - You must use them to the end, otherwise they will not be replaced... The very same with the toilet paper... Towels are... More

good day, the misery to which she refers in his polite email not depends to the hotel. Everything has been agreed with the tourist agency on the basis of the same budget. Every day we provided a soap and a shampoo per person, breakfast was at the plate with 1 croissant, 1 egg, fontina cheese, burrino, jam, 1 sandwich, in... More

The hotel is 3 star, and our room was clean, warm and spacious-in fact, we had a single as well as our double bed, and there was still plenty of room. The bathroom was immaculate and the shower strong, hairdryer was a bit pathetic and would probably be best to take your own. No kettle in room, but there is... More

We stayed at this hotel for a week and honestly have to say it was a very enjoyable experience. The manager, Luca, did everything possible to make us feel comfortable, the rooms were clean, food was fine and free wi-fi. It is and ideal place to stay to visit Tuscany. We could not fault the hotel except it would have... More

The waiting staff were very hard working especially one who lived in the medieval village and came from Romania. She was up early every morning to see us off on our day excursions and was there every evening too. The wine and other drinks were extremely expensive. We had great value meals with plenty of courses at each meal so... More
