We were on coach tour with Newmarket Holidays. This hotel was very comfortable and old world charm. Good quality food and plenty of it. Is at top of a hill at the back of the town. Only problem we had was fire alarm going off at midnight. The staff don't seem concerned much and were happy to let people to... More

We stayed here for 5 nights and it served all our needs perfectly. We had 2 rooms on the second floor with balcony's on the front of the building. Our room had a baby bed already made up when we arrived. It was a little noisy at the front but having the balcony more than made up for that. The... More

One of the hotels that I stayed at when touring around Italy. The room was great, newly done out and really conformable. I particularly loved the large bathroom and shower. The food at both dinner and breakfast was great and the staff were particularly friendly and I was made to feel very welcome. Would defiantly book again when I next... More

Recently stayed here for three nights on a coach holiday. My wife and I were disappointed with the hotel for the following reasons: -although the interior of the hotel was clean the outside was not. The outside pool was filthy as was the surrounding area. Our bedroom had a small balcony but this could not be used as the two... More

This adorable hotel was by far the best I stayed in on my recent trip to Italy. It was quaint and authentic, exactly what I hoped for! Darling Italian rooms that overlooked the Tuscan mountains. The hotel staff was exceptional, especially the dining staff. The hotel went above and beyond by serving our group in a private dining room, with... More

In March 2013 four of us booked and paid for 2 rooms to be used in September 2013. We made our decision to stay here based on the good reviews we read. When we arrived we were told by the manager that they didn't have rooms available for us. They had taken in a tour bus and opted to give... More

The hotel staff in general were most attentive and friendly, but the restaurant staff were exceptional. To help our group join in celebrating our wedding anniversary, the chef and staff produced an exquisite multi-course dinner that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Overall, a great overnight experience!

Stayed here at the beginning of a recent tour of Italy. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff helpful, courteous and obviously interested in making sure we had a good experience, which wasn't always the case at other Italian hotels. The food was excellent. In fact the food... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night on a tour of Italy and was treated by the hotel to a fabulous 7 course meal. The food was excellent. The wait staff were very polite, helpful and they spoke various languages, so communication was not a problem. The rooms were clean. The location and setting were just charming.
