We stayed at l'Andana for 3 nights in mid-June. We thought the grounds were beautiful (magical with a full moon & owls hooting at night), but the service was uneven & seemed inexperienced. We wouldn't go back again for at least a few years. We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival - very large & comfortable, separate sitting... more

I have now stayed here twice within the last year , and can say that the second visit was better than the first. This place is full of magic...you just have to take the time to take it in. If you are looking for "italian" this is not it....it is however WONDERFUL......charming, relaxing, spa ish, great food and wine.....relax and... more

Beautiful location, very nicely done building, friendly and professional staff, beautiful spa and pool (a bit cold), marvelous breakfast, delicious food (but not thrilled by the star Trattoria), new exciting BBQ, perfect wine list. Hotel itself is very nicely done but not traditional, more like a resort, rooms are a bit dark, too big and not convenient enough but very... more

The hotel is a lovely reconstruction of an old wine estate home, with a back section added ( the rooms in back of the old section look onto the new, rather than out to the fields - note to architect - open your eyes when drawing). The fields around are relaxing to the eye, the breakfast served is stellar and... more

L'Andana was the most magnificent hotel experience we've had in quite some time - from the picturesque natural surroundings of the vineyard and Tuscan hills, to the superb customer service and magnificent rooms - the overall result was an incredible experience. more

Went there last september and we are going back this year. Found it totally perfect in beatiful surroundings. We were so happy with our three day stay that after a couple of days in Florence we went back. For us the perfect place for total relaxation. Discrete personell, excellent food and a real "feel good" place. Rooms are large and... more

Great luxurious hotel! We were there in March during the quiet season, and were treated like kings. The only guests in the hotel, we took a cookery session -which ended up beeing a private lesson with the main Chef and the savoury chef. They cooked exclusively for us anything we wanted from simple pasta to the large beefsteak, with fresh... more

L'Andana is a gorgeous villa. When you arrive you pass through locked gates and drive a mile up a cypress lined gravel drive. When you reach the main building the staff is there to greet you with wine and a brief tour. Most of the rooms are in a new building. While it doesn't have the history or feel of... more

My husband and I spent one night in Andana Hotel lasta Julay. The location is very nice. The hotel is beautifull. Our feeling was as beeing at our home. The room was beautifull, we got a junior suite. The bathroom was very large and fantastic. The Andana hotel has a big garden all around and a large swimming pool. Breakfast... more

L'Andana is a beautiful place; luxurious yet not at all stuffy. Our duplex junior suite was enormous and tastefully appointed (loved the linen sheets), with a bathroom the size of most hotel rooms. Breakfast on the patio, with a view down the endless allee of cypresses and pines that is the hotel's entrance, was a highlight: eggs, yogurt, fresh baked... more
