We had to come here for a wedding and it was beyond awful. I would NEVER pay close to 1000 a day for what we got for it. AND, most importantly, there was ONLY cold food for lunch. At 40 Euros per person. Call me crazy but I like hot food. Especially for 40 euros. It is also in the middle... More

We stayed at L'Andana as a stopover in Tuscany between Rome and Florence. It was a bit off the beaten path, but it was completely worth the trip. The hotel doesn't quite exlain this well, but because it is in such a remote location, it is very difficult to call your own taxi or cab. Therefore, the hotel arranges a... More

Great location and good staff, everything was a bit pretentious. The spa facilities were not extensive and the service was delayed sometimes. A high price to pay for the food and we kind of got the impression that this was because there were no other facilities near by. Extortion ? All in all a purpose built hotel to generate high... More

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the most beautiful suites we've ever seen. The grounds and property are gorgeous . The service was immaculate. I think our room was made up 3 or 4 times a day. We loved the spa, and pool. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed dinner, the food was excellent with an excellent wine list... More

I just finished a three night stay here. As others have noted, the grounds and the rooms are exceptional. The front desk staff has great suggestions for restaurants, things to do and beaches to visit. They made you feel very welcome and in fact we were upgraded to a deluxe room overlooking the vineyards. We did not use the spa... More

If there was a book about place and hotels you have to go to Italy before you go to the better world, andana has to be in the list. I always thought that Tuscany doesn't need luxury hotels since it is a stunning place itself. Well I changed my mind. Andana is a perfect fit to the beauties of maremma.... More

If you wish to practice your Italian, L'Andana is the perfect place. I've lost count of how many times I've had to order exactly the same thing before it finally arrives... The positives...the buildings and surrounds are beautiful - authentic Tuscan. The lawns are perhaps too manicured if anything...out of keeping with the faded glory of the rest of L'Andana.... More

We stopped for 4 nights in a junior suite. The estate is stunning and huge - lots of vineyards surrounding the main house and picturesque gardens with paths lined with lavender and rosemary and many other herbs, which have the effect of waking your taste buds as you walk from the main house to the restaurant, which is a separate... We stayed at this hotel over the weekend. It is about 200 km from rome and 150 from pisa. The hotel is in the middle of vineyards. It has a very nice restaurant, swimming pools and a spa. Everything was great and enjoyable. It is nearby a little town of Castiglione Della Pescaia

We had a great stay at the hotel. Arrived only at 2 am but a cheese platter and red wine was waiting for us in the room. The setting of the hotel is spectacular, albeit not easy to find (at night). Great bathroom, nice Etro shampoo etc. Generous size of room, decor somewhat eclectic. Service was impeccable. Restaurant in a... More
