We stayed here last week on a school ski trip. We took 40 KS2 children with us and it was great! The staff are super friendly, mega helpful and hardworking. We were really well fed, three times a day with meal options given the day before. For days when the group were out all day they prepared packed lunches. They... More

the only plus is the location of the hotel, as it is directly on the slope. the rest are only negatives, the biggest one is food. it is difficult to imagine such tasteless pasta in ITALY !!! isn't it an irony?! and they serve it every day! you can start your dinner with the vegetable salad but there is never... Good things include Brilliant Brilliant staff, who really cared about looking after us! Very warm and comfortable room, cleaned each day, and a lovely warm powerful shower at end of long days skiing. Also a type of drying bench in room where damp or even wet ski gear could be dried over night. A ski room for boots and skis that... More

I stayed here for a week in February with a school ski group. Check in was friendly and efficient, and a hot lunch was ready straight after check in. Food was plentiful and home style rather than gourmet, but we enjoyed. Breakfast was pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice and hot drinks. Lunch was usually first plate (soup or pasta), second plate... Confortable 3 star hotel offering doorstep skiing, There's everything you would expect from a decent 3 star mountain hotel - plenty of hot water, rooms are spacious, there's a dedicated heated ski deposit for your equipment and boots, bar with terrace onto the piste serves lunchtime snacks. Buffet breakfast with cerials, cheese, cold cuts. Offers full and half board option... More

I still can't understand, how anybody could complain for this hotel. I have never seen a possibility such distance from mountain to skiroom. This distance is...... 0 m when you back hotel. You can go even go to skiroom on your ski, incredible isn't it? Rio envers is intervenient in the central part of the Vialattea. It is exactly between... More

Rio Envers is a middle class hotel recomended for winter holidays. Hotel is a bit old, I think from the 70-ties so it is not as comfortable as expected but if main reason o stay is skiing thats not a bad choice. Directly on the slope in the middle of cesana-sestiere-san sicario area. Chair lift is within 50m from the... More

We stayed here with a large group for the skiing. The location for the lifts are excellent really ski in and ski out. Ski down to the nursery lifts, poling required or short uphill walk of 50 metres to main chair lift. Ski back literally to the stairs going into the cellar, if not for the door and the 90... More

When I first saw opinion on that hotel I was a bit affraid, but for 249EUR per day, for sure I'd be also Dissapointed. We bought our holidays via austrian Travel agancy "Hoffer" for 249EURO per week with Breakfast, lunch and diner!!! We were very pleased with hotel, althought it is a bit old, but clean, food is really good,... More

Don't be fooled! The description for this hotel is INCORRECT -- it was mixed up with their sister hotel in another location. This hotel is NOT four star, as we were expecting. Instead, it is furnished 1970's style, very basic. Only plus is its proximity to the ski slopes. Definitely NOT worth the EUR 240 per night that they are... More
