We are from New Zealand and stayed 5 nights at the Hotel Athena in Cervia. The hotel, although only showing as a 3-star, was certainly higher than that. The staff were very friendly, and we were especially grateful as we didn't speak Italian. The restaurant and meals (which were included) were faultless. Rooms a little small, but very clean.
