This hotel is a great place to stay to explore all the beautiful places around Lake Como.In a pretty town very near Como itself and only steps away from the Lake and the regular ferry transport to any of the towns on the lake, In a quiet location, with spacious rooms and very helpful staff; Highly recommended

I was there for business but that also included being out and about in the evening. Only 300m from Villa Erba conference centre and lots of restaurants to choose from. Within walking distance 2 restaurants that were recommended were Harrys Bar and Tom and Jerrys. The first is much more expensive with Tom and Jerrys being very good and great... More

We stayed at the Regina Olga at the end of August. It was much different than our stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice! The Regina Olga is very much authentic to Lake Como--everything surrounding there is quite old except some of the more modern hotels that are actually in Como. The Regina is a few miles from the... This is an old fashioned hotel but has a good position overlooking the lake and near the boat station. However we arrived late at night (about 11.oopm) and the bar was closed and no food was available for those who were hungry. We were in a large party and the evening meals were very average, buffet style with a choice... More

Beautiful setting close to shore of lake como and close to steamer stop. Slightly old fashion hotel. Restaurant service fine, hotel service less so. Food OK especially the cheeses but became a little boring after a week. Selection of wines poor and expensive. However a very good base from which to explore Lake Como.

I stayed at this lovely hotel in between stays in Milan and Rome and I am delighted that I did. The hotel room, views, staff and cleanliness are top rate. I felt welcomed upon arrival, my room had beautiful lake views, and I departed relaxed. Who could ask for anything more? I will recommend this hotel to friends and co-workers... More

Our 40 person tour group spent a week in late Sep/early Oct. Most hotel rooms had lake views and hotels fronts on a nice public space and access to lake shuttle and water taxis. The surrounding area includes many restaurants and bars. It is walking distance to the famous Villa d'Este Gardens. It is well run with helpful staff and... More

This hotel is in a great little town on lake Como. Our room was just what we were after with a small balcony looking over the lake. The rooms on the top few floors are the pick as the view from the lower floors don't see the lake. We will return for sure

Hotel photos give an impression of old style charm & elegance but the reality is somewhat different. The decorations and furnishings want replacing and updating. Our room 324 was adequate in size but only offered 2 drawers built into the wardrobe. The bathroom was small with just a shower and needed total renovation. It was not clean and had mold... More

We stayed at the Regina Olga for 7 days as part of a Riviera Holidays package. The hotel is only about 200 metres from the lakeside of lake Como and a convenient ferry station. The city of Como is less than 15 minutes away by boat. Overall we were impressed by the hotel and would certainly stay there again. The... More
