Our three nights stay at this hotel was quite comfortable. The bedroom was spacious enough and although a bunk bed had to be placed in the living room (We were a party of 3), there was still enough room for movement. The idea of two balconies, one outside the bedroom and one outside the living room was welcomed but they... More

Stayed for a week as part of a group, room was pleasant enough and clean, with a slightly restricted lakeside view. The shower was fantastic, great pressure and nice and hot. The location is very handy for catching the boat around the lake, eating out and getting the bus around, and there is a pleasant small promenade in front leading... More

Found staff very friendly and helpful. Reception same. Could have not asked for better room at the back but still a lovely view of the mountains Very clean. Breakfast could not have asked for more. Dinner could been more choice but we where a group. Maybe that was the reason. Would recommend but you would need to respect old as... More

Lovely hotel beside the lake. Our room was large and airy, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. Although we didn't have a huge choice at dinner, what was, was beautifully cooked .breakfast offered most things. I would stay again

This hotel is old style which at least gives it character. A lakeside room is a must as the view is wonderful .Room was clean and comfortable.Extra pillows arrived within a few minutes .Staff friendly. The food was good, buffet breakfast and evening meal.Always fresh salad ,2 choices of pasta and main courses, cheeses , dessert and fruit.Pool not open as too... Hotel has old world charm, and the front overlooks the lake. It was a little noisy and directions provided were ambiguous. They said no hotel desk and there was. We were told to make arrangements ahead of time to be let into the hotel. Didn't need to do this as there was a staffed hotel lobby.

The hotel is in a great spot for spending time in the Lake Como area. But the hotel itself is very tired! And we suspect some of the employees have been there too long, as a handful weren't entirely friendly or helpful. The room was musty, the pillows flat as pancakes, hallways worn, and even the coffee wasn't hot at... More

This hotel is a great place to stay to explore all the beautiful places around Lake Como.In a pretty town very near Como itself and only steps away from the Lake and the regular ferry transport to any of the towns on the lake, In a quiet location, with spacious rooms and very helpful staff; Highly recommended

I was there for business but that also included being out and about in the evening. Only 300m from Villa Erba conference centre and lots of restaurants to choose from. Within walking distance 2 restaurants that were recommended were Harrys Bar and Tom and Jerrys. The first is much more expensive with Tom and Jerrys being very good and great... More

We stayed at the Regina Olga at the end of August. It was much different than our stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice! The Regina Olga is very much authentic to Lake Como--everything surrounding there is quite old except some of the more modern hotels that are actually in Como. The Regina is a few miles from the...
