If I had to come up with one critisim all I can say is you would not want to be too tall in our room as there was a low ceiling but the room was large, clean, comfortable. The location is PERFECT. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was convenient - we had no problem finding it (which was a first for... More

After much difficulty finding the hotel's off-site parking, the hotel was charming and in an excellent central location. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room, though small and facing a courtyard, was meticuously clean. I guess there must be larger ones as indicated by the reviews. Breakfast was nice and conveniently served in the courtyard. We had to catch... More

Thanks to previous reviews on TripAdvisor we chose to stay at La Plumeria. We wanted to be in the center of town but close to the beach and that it was. We were beyond happy and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. The hotel itself is very clean and well run. We had a room right... More

We travelled in June and July of 2012 with our two boys (ages 4 and 6). We visit Italy every other year. This hotel had everything an American family needs. Off site parking was easy to find, and the shuttle picked us up quickly. The hotel appears to be recently updated. It looks and feels fantastic. Plumeria’s family room was... More

We booked two nights here, and would highly recommend this hotel. We landed in Palermo and drove directly to the hotel. They do not have parking on site, but we were directed by hotel staff (Giulia) to a parking lot, where she organized a taxi shuttle. The hotel is in an excellent location right in the old town. We were... More

We had the pleasure of staying at La Plumeria in July for 7 wonderful nights, infact so wonderful we have booked for 14 nights next June!! Our triple room was spotlessly clean, light & bright with a small balcony looking out over the laneway that runs along the side of the hotel. The staff are warm & friendly & happy... More

This is an excellent hotel and we will definitely be going back as soon as possible. It is only two years old and has been thoroughly and painstakingly modernised with many tasteful features (don't look it up on Google Street View - all you will see is a ruin!). It is not a large hotel and you seldom notice many... More

Stayed at this hotel for 6 days in July. This hotel is small and seems to be run very well by about four or five young women. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast very good with a good choice. Only downsides are that as the hotel is in the old town, there is very little additional space to relax other... More

We didn't like this hotel. Didn't like the interior room with view if another building 10 feet away. It was air conditioned but the temperature was controlled by management and they were not generous. Also, we tried to get CNN or BBC but the receptionist said she didn't know the channel number for these. Told us to try stations 150... More

Dear Customer, we are very sorry you have not enjoyed your stay with us. As our hotel is located in the heart of a small medieval village, it is unavoidable that the historical buildings are so close together, as old town’s streets and courtyards are very small. In particular, your room has a view on Corso Ruggero (that is the... More

We didn't have a very good start to our few days in Cefalù.We got lost driving in....we always did when entering the little towns. We communicated with the lovely, very patient Fabiana who sent a young man ( think Guiseppe)in a shuttle to help us and the rest is history. What a great choice La Plumeria was.The location is perfect,at the... More
