The site is great, friendly people, lovely weather, beach is great, pool/facilities are awesome (flumes etc...). No criticism there. We booked with Eurocamp (not directly with the park) and our tent was the old canvas type. There was nothing wrong with it (it didn't leak or anything like that) but we had paid a lot of money and we expected... More

3 families travelled here in august 2014 for my dad's 70 birthday celebration. i had booked directly with the camp-site, however despite my many emails which had outlined all our requirements, ages of people in the party etc, 5 adults (in our party) ended up with a static caravan that was 3 bedrooms however one of them was bunk beds... Travelled as a family of 4, children aged 8 and 6. My kids had always wanted to go camping and as much as myself and my husband tried to explain to them that our holidays to other locations such as Walt Disney World were much better the kids were adamant that all their friends went camping and it was the... Visited in August and the site is very crowded. Not much space on the pitches and some cars parked on the roadways. The security staff were very unfriendly to our son whilst allowing Italian kids to run riot with nothing said. The staff at reception were very unsympathetic to us. We were accused of making noise but we were asleep,... More

My family enjoy these camping villages and this is our first in Italy, we normally go to France. We decided to fly, giving my 2 boys a different experience. Bus tickets from Marco Polo airport to Cavallino can be bought in the airport terminal on arrival, this is much easier than trying to work out the ticket machines. You change... More

We went to Sant'Angelo village on the 18th of August 2014. We stayed with canvas and Ian and Mim were very friendly. We arrived very late so they showed us our tent and left us to get a bite to eat. Throughout the holiday they were very helpful, giving us tips on where to go and what the markets are... More

We booked direct with the campsite for a 10 night stay, we payed the deposit and were told to pay the balance at the campsite, unfortunately for us we did not read the very small print which was an extra 500 Euros that we had to pay for the people (us a family of 4) that were going to use... More

Having spent over eight years continuously on the road in rented accommodation, ranging from hotels to apartments to hostels and much in between, we think we have a good idea of what to look for in reserving a bed for the night. But let’s get one thing clear from the off. I don’t like camping; never have and never will... More

Just returned from this site, we booked with Eurocamp. We loved it, it catered for all the age groups in our party. The park is extremely clean and well run. The only downside were the mosquitoes and I would highly recommend you take some good quality repellant. If you want sunbeds by the pool you need to pay for them.... More

Our overall experience of the holiday was great, we stayed in a Eurocamp tent for 12 nights, as a family of four including our sons aged two and four. Our sons loved it! The beach is lovely, very clean and close and lifeguard towers, my son cut his foot quite badly on a shell and the lifeguards were very quick... More
