We booked through Thomson Al Fresco and we were disappointed with Thomson before even arriving as one of the main reasons for booking with them was they ran their own kids club which they cancelled about a month before we departed. The Thomson caravans are on the small side and we had to ask for equipment that should have been... More

We stayed with Thomson Al Fresco in a Rossini, it was lovely & the staff were very friendly & helpful. What made it for us however was the facilities onsite - from the massive waterpark, on the beach location, 15 minute bike ride to Venice port, well kept Park on site. We loved being able to cook on the barbeque... More

We stayed here in a Gustocamp mobile home in August. We were pleasantly surprised by the great customer service upon arrival. We came by bus from the airport and were taken by golf cart to our mobile home site. The property is massive and has all the amenities necessary for a fun trip. There is a nice shopping area near... We stayed at the site in September 14 with our 18month old. Its a great site and ticks all the boxes, with fantastic pool, great beach, play areas for the kids, close to Venice etc. We just felt it lacked a little atmosphere and didnt feel like we were in Italy (we could have been anywhere in Europe). Also, it... More

Huge, huge camping site. Has a separate area for those with a dog. Access straight on to a massive beach with lots of dog walking places. There are several places to eat on and off site at sensible prices. It is a short 5 minute bus or taxi to the small port where you can get the ferry boat to... More

We stayed 2 weeks in September - about 2 weeks prior to the closure of the site - we had anticipated it being a little disappointing because of this but the by the second week it was a pleasant quietness! The site itself is EXCELLENT whether you want a beach or pool holiday it scores 10/10 for both - we... More
