Initially we were unsure about this place as w wanted to be on the main drag by the beach. However, although it is 5 mins walk from the beach- we really enjoyed our 4 nights here. We have just returned from a short but very enjoyable stay at the Waldorf palace. The hotel is very well situated close to the sea-front and aquarium of Cattolica. “Great stay”

The Reception staff were really great offering advice on parking (garage under hotel) and giving option of room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Great breakfast. Not sure why this hotel recieves bad reviews?? Only stayed one night travelling through to Southern Italy.
