Pros: Hotel was clean and had nice views. Cons: Staff were really unhelpful. Location terrible you can't walk to anything and end up raking us costs on the infrequent over priced shuttle bus service. The Spa was really weird and creepy looking as opposed to relaxing.

Visited 9-24-15. Laid out by pool all day and swam in the Bay. Absolutely beautiful view. Hotel room was very nice, clean, big, lots of mirrors!. Nice view of bay and back road. Restaurant was in the East building and had excellent food. Free breakfast buffet with seating overlooking the bay and Mt Vesuvius - gentle breezes - just lovely... More

Travelling south from Naples, this striking hotel is situated on the coast at sea level opposite Vesuvius on the other side of the bay and about six kilometres from Vico Equense where the nearest station is located. We stayed here for four nights and we managed to visit Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri and Amalfi using a combination of public transport... More

We knew this hotel was very isolated but we had no desire to drive. We thought we could walk to the local station but it was closed....only open for a few weeks in peak season. The hotel provided an empty fridge but banned you from bringing in your own food or drink. I rule I was happy to ignore!! We... More

A well hidden hotel offering panoramic views of the bay and Mt Vesuvio. The rooms are clean, though slightly dated. e.g. Key card to the door not working and television remote control not working. On the plus side the breakfast is great and very extensive and all staff are more than attentive and always happy to help. Definitely recommend

Beautiful hotel with great views, but too far out of Sorrento. The 13km commute often took up to an hour due to traffic, and that was October. So that cut down time you could explore Sorrento and Amalfi coast. Nothing else close by.

We recently visited for a special birthday weekend treat. We arrived by Taxi transfer from Naples Airport and were greeted warmly, and check-in was swift. Our room was dual aspect with views across the bay to Vesuvius and towards Pompeii. The room was spacious, well-equipped (as described) and comfortable. The hotel had great awareness of Gluten-Free foods - providing many... More

We had a fabulous, out of season 7 day break here and it surpassed all of our expectations. We were on a Fleetway half board deal and it couldn't have been better. The staff were, without exception wonderful. The food was fantastic and at no point did we tire of the half board menu, it changed daily and we never... More

A budget FleetWay deal led us to an interesting week at The Towers. Spacious, contemporary establishment ideally located with sea line views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. With more than amenable, friendly, hard working staff who could not do enough for us. Great fresh food and plenty of Italian charm. Bedroom facilities very comfortable and quiet but as... More

This hotel offers a splendid view of The Gulf of Naples and of Mt. Vesuvius. Our room/suite was spacious and nicely decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only two complaints about the room are this: 1) The tub/shower is set unusually high off the ground, so you must "climb" over the rim in order to get inside the... More
