What makes this hotel are the staff and views. Everyone from the reception, restaurant and bar staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. We had a special deal of Half Board and the food was excellent. Views across the Bay of Naples to Mt Vesuvius are just beautiful. We went pre-Season so consequently the hotel was quiet. The downside is that... More

My wife and I stay here for 2 nights and loved this hotel. It used to be a cement factory but has been converted into a luxury hotel. The hotel is right on the water offering amazing views of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. You can swim in the pool or use the beach and swim in the Mediterranean. The entrance... More

This was a very nice hotel with a view of Mt. Vesuvius. Off the lounge is a lovely courtyard where one can stand and see this dormant volcano. It is breathtaking to say this least. This breakfast was fine, but the dining room has a wonderful selection of dinners which were very good. I had sea bass that was delightful.... More

Have just arrived home from a weeks honeymoon at this hotel And it was wonderful. Rooms are big, clean and airy. Very modern with a huge bed and views of mount vevusisis. Also had tea making facilities, which are hard to find in hotel rooms in italy. The only downside was that there was only 1 tv channel in English.... More

The views are splendid if you are on the first floor or above, but you need to stand to see it. The balcony would be better if it was off glass or bars, you can't see anything sitting down and there is one seat on the balcony even though two people in the room. The room and bathroom are spacious... More

Still called the Crowne Plaza by locals, the hotel is lovely and the only problems we had related to the booking made by Fleetway Travel who messed up our transfers and accommodation. The friendly staff sorted out our room for us but the journeys to and from the airport were problematic. Suffice to say that I will never travel with... More

Stayed here two nights in September. Location on Bay of Naples is wonderful. Room had straight on full view of Mt. Vesuvius with Bay of Naples in front if it- amazing. Hotel has small beach area on the Bay, pool overlooking bay and the opportunity to view gorgeous sunsets over bay. As for our room, it was quite modern and... More

Stayed here two nights with a tour group and was assigned to a room that looked across the Bay of Naples to Mt. Vesuvius. Lovely and picturesque. Based on comments from others on our tour some of the rooms had minimal to no views. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, but the property generally seems to need some... More

We stayed here for a night and we really wished we had stay longer than normal. Magnificent views of Mount Vesuvius from the hotel including a private beach! And that was what this hotel is all good for and about. Rooms were quite huge and there was a private balcony available. However, you have limited options if you want to... More

We stayed at the hotel in September 2014, and thought the service excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and the food good if not memorable. All the facilities were well-kept, the pool, spa, gym, saunas, and leisure areas and the view from our room of Versuvius was superb. Travelling needs researching as the shuttle buses are not plentiful, but we... More
