Spent a weekend here on a mini-honeymoon in early November. The service at the hotel really is special. Each employee clearly makes it a priority to help you and to do so with a smile. Absolutely faultless hotel in all respects.The Manager,Francesco, was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.I just wish all hotels were run to this standard. We loved staying at LaMedusa. The Hotel is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would have loved to have stayed longer. Because we were on a tour of Italy and Sicily we satyed in many hotels throughout, this was by far the nicest hotel. more
