I left a note online before my arrival to give an extra special welcome to my mum (she is 75 and we were travelling as a couple). On arrival, Stephanie welcomed us by name and arranged for Paoulo to escort us to our room with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. We were upgraded and made to feel very welcome by... More

We stayed there for only 1 night using it as an outing point to Monte Cassino monastery, heading on to Rome. This hotel is quite nice with very comfortable rooms. The location is in the outskirts of the town of Cassino but in a pleasant neighborhood. My room was well maintained and equipped. Breakfast and Dinner were no more than... More

Our room, which was on the 4th floor, was modern, clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but these could be obtained from machines downstairs. I understand this is typical for this part of Italy. We don’t speak Italian but the staff, most of whom spoke some English, were incredibly friendly... More

My organisation used this hotel to host a large convention lasting 5 days in June 2014. I was chiefly responsible for arranging the accommodation and feeding for the 125 participants. Our group included 3 very senior executives. The staff at the hotel provided excellent service throughout; our requirements were exacting and the hotel never failed to meet them (I could... More

I spent two nights at the Forum Palace Hotel on 10th of January 2014. The position of the Hotel is amazing just close by the Naples - Rome Highway. I was very impressed of the service that I received during my stay, in particularly from the front office department. Hotel facilities are good including the amazing food in the restaurant.... More

First, the bathroom was in a poor condition, everything was old and outdated. Second, towels weren't changed on a daily basis. The room didn't contain refrigerator, considering that the restaurant closed at 21:30, that was a problem if we wanted to eat or drink after the closing hours. The ad on "Booking.com" said that the hotel had a service of... More

Needing a hotel for an overnight stay about 2 hours from Rome we picked this hotel almost at random. What a good choice. Owing to a car breakdown we arrived late, tired and hungry, half an hour after the restaurant had closed. No trouble - if we could go direct to the dining room they would ask the chef to... More

We were on a group trip and there was complains about money and earrings that were stolen from one of the room. One lady also was cut and injured in the middle of the night when suddenly the heavy photo that was hanged above her bed fall and the glass broke to pieces on her body. No actions or empathy... Unfortunately this hotel is a bit outdated. The service wasn't bad and our room was fairly clean but the location was poor. In addition, the air conditioning & dan in our room did not work. It was quite stuffy. The hotel was run-down and far from the city/activities going on. Out of 4 floors, I think we were the only... More
