We stayed here for three nights with a Saga group. Hotel was clean and comfortable but lacked a lounge area and bar. Good central position in a pleasant, but busy square with many bars and cafes. Breakfast room so small, they had to open a special dining area for our group. Staff were pleasant and efficient although not very cheerful,... More

Whilst the hotel was clean, I booked and PAID for a room for two adults and two children. This was accommodated by putting two roll away beds on the floor...once this was done there was no room at all to walk in the room! Next, we are advised by staff that there is NO restaurant service available, NO bar service... More

My wife and I stayed here for three nights with a Saga group. Nice location in a tree lined central square very convenient to walk around the town and to visit the Royal Palace (A MUST SEE AND NOT TO BE MISSED. The food was very average and the worst of the three hotels which were used for this holiday.... More

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and very much enjoyed our time. The hotel is situated at this square called Piazza Vanvitelli, and we were lucky to get a room with windows opening to the square - so try to get rooms facing the square if you can as they come with beautiful views. The hotel is very central,... More

We only stayed one night as a stopover on Saga tour. room was clean and well equipped. The major fault was the evening meal which was bland with slow service. breakfast was OK. Admittedly this is a snapshot impression from a one night stop.

Very central hotel in Caserta. Located on a central, green plaza with fountain and lots of trees. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Parking is very close-by and is 10 euro for 24 hours. Quite close to the Royal palace/Reggia. Good value at about 104Euro for a triple with breakfast in high season last year. The hotel... More

We booked this trip last minute and did not know what to expect and we had nothing to worry about. The hospitality received from staff at the hotel was exemplary. They were very attentive and the hotel manager, Sebestiano made many suggestions on places to go and visit, as well as local restaurants to eat at which was especially helpful... More

The hotel is modern, located in the core of the city in the best place. The parking is only 70 m away with a very fair price of 10 euros per 24 hours for the hotel guests. The desk guy was really good, room was rather large, very clean, great beds and we were very surprised of the low cost.

We are an American coouple who live in Umbria. Although the reviews were quite good, we found it lacking. Let's look at the good things first. The location was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the plsce was very clean. When we checked in we asked for a non smoking room. We were told that all of... More

I didn't notice any Ritz Carltons in Caserta, an unpretentious city 30 minutes north of Naples, where far and away the main destination is La Reggia Caserta, a giant palace and expansive grounds that might be described as Versailles without the crowds. Hotel Cavalieri is probably the safest bet for a solid and no-nonsense stay. The front desk staff is... More
