We stayed here for one night in June. We wanted to visit Capua and the Royal Palace. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport, the driver was already waiting for us which was great. Stefania at reception was helpful and although our room wasn't ready she called the taxi driver back and organised for him... More

From the pictures that you see on the website of this hotel, you expect the whole place to look fresh, vibrant and a bit quirky. Oh how wrong we were! We got to the room which was a reasonable size, the shower room was also a good size. It wasn't until I tried to have a shower that we found... More

How this place got 4 stars we could not figure out. Old furniture. Worn rugs. Funky decor. Tiny rooms and bathroom. Teeny shower. BUT: we liked it! Quiet, good beds, lots of nice hot water and wonderful ladies at the desk that give good advice. Real art, yes actually real art, although this lobby has some very bad choices, kinda... More

Good clean hotel for half the price of one in Naples or Roma. Front desk very accommodating and with great restaurant referrals. The place is clean though our room is a little dark. About three blocks from the train station and from the Royal Palace. Very nice breakfast buffet from 7 to 10 am.

We were on our way to Naples and choose this hotel for its close location to La Reggia de Caserta, which is, by the way, magnificent! The hotel is a very good option as value for money. The receptionist was very competent and courteous. We were a little afraid after reading some of the reviews but we can't complaint about... More

Our one night stay at this hotel was pleasant and value for money, considering the 50 euros we pay for the room which included breakfast for two, in early November. Our room on the fifth floor was small but clean. The bathroom toiletries was a welcome. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very good by Italian four star hotel... More

Looking for affordable, decent lodging within easy walking distance to the Reggia di Caserta, I decided on Hotel Europa. What made our stay memorable was the competent and generously helpful receptionist. The establishment is fine, but nothing special in its class; however, no cause for complaints (outstanding value for money) , and the receptionist's restaurant recommendation, Osteria Massa, added an... The hotel is very near the Palace which is a good thing for us though the Palace has it's own parking. Modern with comfort, the wi-fi is slow, the beds are good and everything is clean. Breakfast is not bad but the waitress was not in a good mood!

We were delighted with our accommodations in the Hotel Europa. The personnel manning the desk were well-trained and most courteous. The location was excellent, near the railway station and the bus terminal and the palace. The breakfast was exceptional with most anything anyone could possibly want for breakfast. The lady in charge of the area was most pleasant. We would... More
