It is acceptable for short stay, but it is far from the centre. The rooms are very nice. The other hotels in the excursion which we took were double rooms with additional bed, but we were pleasantly surprised that this room was an apartment with a bath and comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty, I was disappointed of the ridiculous price... More

This hotel is great. I was here for a short leisure trip. Although it is a business hotel, I did not feel so. The staff was warm and friendly. The rooms were clean, tidy and the sleep quality was awesome. The Il pazzo restaurant has some classic Italian food. The delta bar is a good place to have a drink... More

Big gaff that obviously used to be talk of the town in the 60's. Nothing seems to have changed and I love it. No computerised keys, just a massive rotunda behind reception like the old days. The entrance hall is massive and has a parade of shops to the right all wood fronted selling shoes, handbags and Pinnochios! Their was... More

I lost my wallet during an outing while staying at Hotel Delta in Florence. When Hotel Manager came to know of same, he immediately offered help and allowed to pay on my return to India. His gesture simply left me speechless. However Paras Holidays with whom I was travelling paid my shopping bills on my behalf as a special case.

This is one of the worst hotels I stayed at. The rooms were a disgusting surprise after the seeing the okay lobby. They smelled like watered down bleach, had stained carpets and dirty sheets. The night stands were barely standing and I barely got any sleep as at 2 am in the morning, someone started banging on our door and... More

I went here on a group trip and therefore during the days was out of the hotel between the hours of 9am and 7pm. But the group leader ha decided for us to eat at the hotel every night. I have never had such appalling food in my life. Considering we had come to Italy we were of course expecting... More

Rooms are small and smell like old and humid. I had to ask for room changes twice. The first room had a dirty chair, with a strange and disgusting substance. Then the other room had water leaking at the roof. It was a very bad experience for me and my family. The breakfast was awful I wouldn't recommend it for... More

We booked this hotel for a two night stay when we decided to drive to Florence unplanned. It was cheap, about $75 a night including breakfast and free wifi, free parking. Overall, I'd say we got what we paid for. We had extreme good n bad staff experience at the hotel. The hotel is about 10 miles from the city... More

As with the previous reviewer we stayed here for the AAMET conference. First impressions were not too good as the hotel is a little dated & rooms fairly basic but based on cost good value for money. Whatever misgivings we first had were quickly overcome by the terrific attitude of all the staff & in particular Giusy. They bent over backwards... More
