I stayed here with a friend for few days as part of a cycling trip. I can only say good things about my experience. The facilities are in an excellent condition, our room was big and very comfortable, the bike room is amazing, but the best thing was the friendliness and professionalism of the owners and staff. It just cannot... More

We stayed for almost a week in June 2013. As experienced cyclist we have seen many hotels, but we where very amazed by the service and hospitality of San Lorenzo. They have a fantastic (very secure!) cycling park in the basement with cleaning and repair facilities. Nearby locked carpark was included in the price. The food in the restaurant was... More

This was a lovely hotel, and the proprietors and staff could not have been better or more friendly, or efficient. and did I mention the food? We had our meals included and the chef was magnifico! Each day a full buffet plus anything you want from the kitchen,. dinners were always 7 course and many different selections each night. the... More

Everything about this hotel was good. The rooms are excellent, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage (often missing in hotels in ski resorts when you inevitably have a lot of stuff with you) and the bathrooms the best we have seen in a long time. The staff were all friendly and efficient, the breakfasts were great with... More

This was a fantastic choice for our stay in Bormio. The service provided by all the staff in this charming residence was superb, the hotel was very clean and the breakfasts were brilliant. The decor and ambience made this more than just a room for the night. Bormio seemed stuck in an eighties musical time warp and the hotel was... More

The service and facilities from the minute we walked in the front door was excellent. The hotel was beautifully decorated and oozed a lovely ambience in all areas. Our room was on the second floor and the bathroom had a bath which was wonderful to soak in after a day out in the cold . The room itself was spacious... More

We have just returned from a week staying at the beautiful San Lorenzo hotel in Bormio. We enjoyed a perfect week of relaxation, delicious food and wonderful Italian hospitality. The seven course Christmas dinner was spectacular, but actually all the breakfasts and dinners at San Lorenzo were excellent. We were fortunate with the weather as we enjoyed a white Christmas... A group of friends and I recently made a short visit to Italy and Germany. We spent Thursday and Friday night in Italy, in a marvelous village called Bormio. Our rooms were well equipped, the hotel wifi was fast, free and constant, and every detail was in place for our visit. But, Samantha, the young woman running the Hotel San... More

We weren't really sure what to expect but we had such a great experience. The photos don't do it justice. It was a lovely hotel, modern bathrooms, comfortable rooms, clean and friendly. We were able to park underground securely which is of top priority for us and they were really helpful ensuring we were happy with the space. It felt... More

We stoppered at this small hotel after a day on Stelvio Pass. We booked online and arrived at about 6pm. We were greeted by Samantha in English , the room was ready immediately and we were offered parking free of charge( both inside and outside) The room was comfortable, with all amenities and the view from the balcony truly spectacular....
