Day three of a seven day European driving trip was spent here - after a long and tiring day travelling from Stuttgart via the Stelvio meant a late arrival at the hotel. The setting is out of this world and the hotel certainly didn't disappoint. A real example of the positive attitude of the staff - when we arrived the... More

We spent three nights here on a bed and breakfast basis. The service is friendly and welcoming. The rooms (we had the standard double) are just lovely. Very spacious, with a separate eating area, comfortable , large bed, a balcony and everything was immaculately clean. We liked the combination of the old wood and modern finishing. The location is just... More

The almost perfect place for a bike vacation. Excellent staff, excellent restaurant. Beautifull and spacefull and tidy rooms. Nice place to start a bike trip to the Stelvio and Gavia pas, and many others. Only minus points, the wifi is free but not Always working properly. When busy the bike garage is a little bit to small.

This was our first trip with the 3-month old guy :) All aspects of the stay very good. Panoramic view around the valley, abundant parking space, the smell of fresh summer hay in the air :) Clean rooms with locally made raw wooden furniture - yet quite modern at the same time. Friendly staff & owner family. Breakfasts really good... More

A place to remember and to recommand. A splendid family apartment with a kitchen and lots of space for all the junk a cyclist takes along ;-) Good bedding, breakfast amongst the cows (makes up for the rest of the company) and a very fine evening meal. The famous Giro hills (Stelvio, Gavia, Mortirolo,...) complete the picture.

Stayed here as a part of a cycling trip to see the Giro d'Italia. While the Giro stage was cancelled the trip to Bormio was well worth it. This hotel made our stay very enjoyable. The room was massive with a great view of the mountains and outdoor area, Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was very good with great house wine.... More

We stay at this hotel for a week in the beginning of March. "Local farm" part: you don't feel any "farm" smell in building and rooms. For breakfast you can choose table without view on cow-house. Stuff: Most of people can speak English well. They are always happy to help you and doing many nice things. Room: Hotel feels new.... More

It is a family run business with mother working at the reception, father at the bar and son as navetta driver and chef at night. They have also managed to recruit excellent team working at the hotel. It has been recently modernised and the standard of rooms were at least at 4* with lovely interior design and spacious bathrooms. The... More
