We booked 2 nights online, though the hotel directly told us they were fully booked. Seems they sell some room to some online booking sites. This is a beautifully maintained family owned gem on a pleasant beach at the extreme eastern end of Bordighera. We have been driving or training through Bordighera for years, often stopping for lunch or dinner at one of its many fine restaurants. It is also a good shopping destination. Piccolo Lido is right beside the seaside. Wonderful airy family room overlooking with sea with big balcony. Wonderful friendly staff, so helpful with the children. The restaurant was great - gorgeous food. Marvellous breakfast - such variety. The old town is just 10 minutes walk, it is so interesting and beautiful with great restaurants. Stayed there for 2 weeks in 2004. The hotel is well run, and has all the equipment one needs. Nice and clean. Definitely to be recommended. Going again in 2005. more
