We wanted somewhere to stay between two train journeys and this hotel is in the square opposite the train station, and close to the main Street and to the centre of town and the beach. Rooms are of very poor quality - we had a double bed with a cupboard above our heads so with no doubt my companion knocked his head on it :( . The room was clean but the fridge not working... we had to ask the reception who did'nt succeed to fix it. Very very noisy place as the hotel is... More

Not the newest of hotels, but this family run hotel offers all you would want. Great views from the rooms towards the Mediterranean, friendly staff although they prefer it if you speak Italian, (but that goes for everywhere in Italy I noticed), a clean room and a decent selection of breakfast foods. I chose this hotel mainly for its excellent location: next to the train station, close to the water, and central location in the town of Bordighera. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night in May. The hotel is located across the square from the Railway Station and a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The hotel is small and dated. Love this town, this hotel and people working there.We visited this place for second time. And each time i like it more. There are new furniture and bath in room. It becomes better!! as previous time i like servise, tasty food and the sea in two minutes from hotel

We would never stay here again. The night we arrived, the desk clerk was not interested at all .In the effort to get our luggage into the small elevator, I inadvertantly left my I-pad by the front desk. It was gone in a heart beat. .... girl at the reception has to prepare breakfast (with the headset around the neck), milk supply is limited until requested strongly by different customers, messages all around (e.g. not to use towels for de-makeup etc.)... if you have a strong sense of humor, the place to visit....
