The hotel occupies a lovely old building on the slopes above Belluno. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished, with modern bathrooms, free wifi, and expansive views. A restaurant serves a copious breakfast and dinner, but was closed at lunchtime during our weekend visit. There is a pleasant outdoor terrace. The hotel is quiet and located well outside the town... This hotel is a converted monastery. Gives you an ancient Italian renaissance experience. Gave me a unique experience compared to the new hotels.Quite homely as well as special. Beautiful views of the Dolomites from my room, excellent for skiing (my passion) and mountain climbing. Near the town of Belluno but a little outside of town.

We arrived at the hotel expecting a vast beautiful experience having read all the reviews on tripadvisor. On arrival we were told we were in the annex and not the hotel. The receptionist took us to show us the room in the annex which was essentially fine although two single beds and not the double I was sure we booked... More

Comfortable rooms and nice people. Quiet and good beds. Couple rooms have big bathrooms too. Very nice outside seating for breakfast and dinner. I recommend this to people passing by this area on the road to the dolomite.

I stay in Belluno several times a year and Always stay here. The hotel is in an old mansion and the facilities are 1st class. The staff is aways trying to go the extra steps to make the stay great. They have a nice restaurant onsite for dinner and the food is very good. No visit to this area would... More

This hotel definitely deserves it's Number 1 TripAdvisor status! The interior decor is of an excellent standard throughout. The hotel generously upgraded us to a suite, to avoid the noise from a function, and the room was very well appointed. (The only minor problem, the shower offered a range of complex options, but the simpler options did not function as... More

Beautiful and comfortable rooms with excellent hotel staff. We decided to dine at the hotel, since we were traveling with a 19 month old, and made the right choice. The waiter (Marco) was more than excellent, and my son adored him. The food was also excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Belluno or the Southern... More

I was at the hotel for a business trip. I liked it a lot. The staff is very nice and efficient. Rooms are comfortable and the location is beautiful in the middle of the woods. The only minus is that they did not have any wifi in the room or at least in mine it was not working.

Everything works perfectly in this hotel. When one opens the window shade in the morning, the view is the city of Belluno below and the Dolomites afar. It is located outside of the city so one does not get waken up by the sound of church bells. (This is a rarity in Italain towns.) It is beautifully renovated from a... More

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and beautiful in all ways. The Restaurant is serving a very fine menu. If you open the window the view is amazing. And in the night there is no noise. A very nice hotel.
