We stayed several nights in this centrally located and very comfortable hotel. Everything is new, beautifully maintained and decorated. The rooms are lovely and as well as a double bed there was an extra bed to use as a couch to lounge upon. The idea was to be able to walk out of the door and into historic Ascoli Piceno... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. From supplying a cot for our daughter to their lovely breakfasts, they were always on hand if we needed something. The location is fantastic too and the rooms worth the price (we were in one of the "wedding" rooms. The only downside was the hotel is... More

We stayed in one of the 2 family rooms on the 3rd floor. The first night we discovered that the airco made a continious noice, which was annoying. We could switch to the other room without any problem for the rest our stay. The location is great, in the middle of the historic centro of Ascoli, but on the other... More

We travelled from Brixen to Gallipoli and needed a stopover mid-way on our trip. We were surprised at the hospitality and felt sorry we were on spending one night at the hotel. We were recommended to a wonderful restaurant in the area and had a fantastic dinner. We had trouble locating the hotel using our GPS, but the hotel manager... More

We stayed at Albergo Piceno for three nights and can whole heartedly recommend it. Location is perfect, staff is warm and accommodating and breakfasts are far above par...especially for Italy. It is spotlessly clean, very attractively designed and has amenities often reserved for 5 star hotels...plush robes, slippers, etc. We had a room for 3 people...one large bed and a... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay despite difficulty locating it. Our GPS created a problem and we were unable to phone the hotel. Once there everything was perfect and we couldn't want for anything more. The staff and owner, who was on site, were very helpful. The room was large by European standards and the bathroom was very clean.... More

We stayed 3 nights and days at the Albergo Piceno at the end of May. The hotel is located in the town centre between the two amazing piazza's and on walking distance from the lovely places worth seeing. The room was spacious and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was special with regional dishes and food we enjoy very much. Like... More

My husband is from Ascoli and usually when we visit the area it is summer and we stay in San Benedetto - our family's favorite beach in Italia However, my husband and traveled to Ascoli in October without our kids and decided to stay a few nights right in the city center - much to the chagrin of my mother-in-law... Fantastic location, friendly desk staff, good breakfast options. Rooms very nice, clean, quiet, relaxing. We wanted an extra room on the last of our third night stay, and they notonly accommodated but discounted one room for us. Very helpful staff. We've stayed at other Ascoli Piceno hotels and find this one the best for the price.

I'm not used to classify places as "excellent" but I definitely want to make an exception in this case. The hotel is small located in the heart of Ascoli. Rooms are really nice and a special remark needs to be made for the bathroom, really nice, especially for the shower. Personnel are friendly, really nice, which made my stay even... More
