Attentive helpful staff at this small historic hotel. Beautiful rooms. Clean. Modern bathroom. However stone floors and walls amplified any little sound. However it was quiet after 10. Centrally located, classic town

This hotel is nicely located to the centre of Arezzo and everything is reachable on foot. It said that private car parking is avilable for 20 euro per night in some guide but there is also free public car parking not so far, so we decided to use public one and it was no problem. The hotel reception is very... More

I didn't love nor hate this hotel. As my tittle suggests, I love the location of this hotel. However, if you come here by car, it is a bit difficult to find this hotel even tough you have a gps. Maybe my gps was outdated, but just read the actual map or call the hotel for direction before you drive... More

Patio Hotel is the essence of a boutique hotel. Only 7 rooms and each with its own individual decor inspired by the traveler and writer, Bruce Chatwin. It is fabulously located steps away from the San Francesco Church which houses the newly restore Piero Della Francesca's frescoes. It has 15th century foundations and the main drawback are the stairs. If... More

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city centre. The rooms are nicely decorated and with all possible amenities. The staff is very friendly and responsive to all needs. And even though it's right in the center and next to the piazza with restaurants you can't hear anything in the rooms - ensuring a good sleep :)

I can only give the Graziella Patio Hotel the highest recommendation. We booked this hotel (based on other reviews in Tripadvisor) and were not disappointed in any way. We walked from the train station - took about 15 minutes and the hotel provided easy instructions how to get there. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms, and while there... More

The title really says it all. We were a bit thrown off by not having any elevator service - one has to holler ones own belongings up two flights of stairs which was straining. The breakfast was nice, especially the fresh fruit and fruit drinks.

What a wonderful little botique hotel in the middle of Arezzo! My husband and I traveled to Arezzo to see Piero Della Francesca's frescoes in the Basilica di San Francesco. HOTEL The hotel wasn't the easiest to find by car (because it's in the center of town) but with a good map we eventually found it and the good news... More

We stayed here in Sept 2012. Very centrally located, this hotel has helpful staff and clean & tidy rooms. Our room on two levels was a point of difference. Wifi worked in the room. Air con worked - sort of! Late check out was very helpful. We were very grateful for the overnight valet carparking service for E30.00 - a... More
