Located 3/4s up Corso Italia from the train station it is perfectly situated for a visitor to Arezzo. There are numerous fantastic restaurants within minutes and the best Gelato in town 4 minutes walk down Corso Italia. Pizza by the slice is right outside the front door. Beautiful entrance tells you that the interior and rooms are going to be... More

We enjoyed staying at the Graziella Patio hotel. Perfect location in the middle of Arezzo's historic section. Right next door to the Basilica of San Francesco where the beautiful Piero della Francesca's frescos are. Close to excellent restaurants. Our room was very nice. Loved the old stone stairway and thick walls of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Service was very... More

Amazing location. Room 103 was large and well furnished. Staff when we visited were well intentioned but did not speak English well. Breakfast room is somewhat depressing and wifi does not work well at all. Still the place grew on us and we were sorry to leave after two nights

This hotel is in the best location, I loved everything. The staff were fantastic, the breakfast great including eggs cooked on request, you can walk to everything and surrounded by great restaurants and shops - not to mention the famous San Francesco church a stones throw away. The rooms have complementary fruit basket, Mac laptop and a bar fridge, comfortable... More

Love the hotel location. You can walk to everywhere in Arezzo city! Front desk ladies are helpful and pleasant. Room 101 looks authentic where bed is upstairs and downstairs is the living area. Love the design of the room. Downside is wifi is very weak. I've to place my laptop near the door throughout my stay. It was impossible to... More

My husband and I stayed in the Graziella Patio Hotel for one night in July 2014. What a fantastic location right in the heart of the city - only problem was that due to the location parking was not right outside the hotel. We arrived around 1.30pm and drove up the flagstone streets to the hotel, it was lucky that... More

Unusual hotel in centre of old arezzo. Great location within minutes walk of all the sights and piazza s. Parking available close but not at the hotel as it's in the middle of the old pedestrian zone . Definitely worth a stay if passing through arezzo

A terrific hotel in general, if slightly pricy. Our room was a massive two-level suite (same price as ordinary room), with bed in the loft, right next to a large bathtub. So a little odd. But the staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable. The location is right off the Piazza San Francesco right next to the... More

Very nicely restored hotel in the central historic area of Arezzo. The rooms are perhaps on the small side but sympathetically furnished and equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking a little difficult as you have to pass through the ZTL but once found, the secure car park is only a few hundred metres away.

My wife and I stayed here for one night as we were traveling through Tuscany. The hotel is located in the old city of Arezzo (where you want to be) and is walking distance to all of the points of interest. It is also near a square with at least one very good restaurant. Our room was the Utz room,... More
