I stayed here almost 12 days in December. I found the hotel to be ok. Some specifics: - Room size was good but the isolation was not good. Further, you can hear your neighbours talking and the tv. It was a nightmare sometimes... - Breakfast just okay - average quality - Restaurant choices are good and service ok - The... More

This hotel could be much nicer with a little effort. The rooms are tired but as they are roomy and clean we wouldn't complain. The bathroom is rather large which is a treat in Italy. The staff were pleasant. Our breakfast waiter was lovely and insisted he make our morning cappuccino instead of us using the machine. He said that... More

Smoking and non-smoking rooms are located on the same floor, literally next to each other. In the room there is always a smell of smoke - it seems that it's coming from neighboring smoking rooms. This is a terrible experience, I woke up during the night several times because of it and ventilated the room by opening a window (in... More

The outside of this hotel is rather plain but having experienced the pros & cons of historic & antiquated hotels, this was a change . Parking free & convenient. Only odd thing is you had to lugg the cases up a short flight of stairs. Room all good, but did find all average price hotels had over firm beds for... More

Just returned from a short stay at this hotel as part of a two centre holiday to Tuscany. Hotel is well placed outside the old medieval town of Arezzo. Reception very helpful, nice bar and seating area, bedroom nice and roomy, with nice crisp fresh linen, comfy bed, bathroom a very good size with over bath shower and fresh towels daily.... More

We stayed here in August as part of a Riviera tour. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was not impressive but was adequate. Although the hotel is a 15 -20 minute walk into Arezzo it is an easy walk on a straight flat road direct to the centre.

Like many others, we stayed here for 4 nights as part of our tour with Riviera Travel. Although the hotel looks nothing special from the outside, on the inside the hotel is clean and spacious with a pleasant bar area. Check-in was efficient and the restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. As a vegetarian, I was expecting a bland... More

Like many other reviewers, we also stayed here as part of a Riviera tour. The hotel was comfortable and well situated, the only downside being that smoking is allowed so the room smelt a little stale at first. I was a little apprehensive to learn that the evening meal was a set dinner with no choices; however, my concern was... More

Having recently returned from a holiday with Riviera travel and stayed at this hotel at half board from 13th - 17th September I would agree with previous comments made of the little choice available for Riviera customers at mealtimes. I do believe that had I been an independent traveller things would have been somewhat different. I appreciate that this is... More
