Hotel confirmed our booking at agreed rate and then on arrival announced that our family room would now cost an additional €30. The room although small was OK ..however the Hotel reception did not think about telling us that it was over a very noisy disco / nightclub- thus until 3.30am none of us got any sleep. It says it's 4* but take that with a pinch of salt. The rooms were tiny and not even one comfortable chair. Staff not very helpful and that was in spite of one of our group being in a wheelchair.
