If you take the train to Arezzo, then you have an easy, flat walk from the station to the front door of the hotel- even carrying luggage. And an equally easy walk into the heart of Arezzo. The hotel is clean and very nice for the area. We had a room for three and it was a comfortable size for... More

Conveniently located in the heart of an old town. Relatively wide and clean room with a bathtub. The best thing of the hotel is the fantastic view from the terrace which faces the circled Piazza Guide Monaco. You can see the Duomo on the top of the hill and the landscape of an ancient town. It was unforgettable. Don’t miss... More

Stayed there for 1 night during business trip in Tuscany. It's a good Hotel with nice rooms, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is ok, but not special. Garage close by and room price was reasonable for services offered.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only about five minutes walk from the central station and about 5 minutes walk to Arezzo city centre. Very friendly staff. On arrival the room prepared for us was smelly, we complained to the manager and he immediately upgraded us to a bigger and better room. Breakfast is okay but no hot food... More

Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and nice size rooms for Europe, breakfast is adequate, perhaps not a four star but prices are quite fair and cannot complain about service. recommend for a couple of nights stay in Arezzo, a lovely Tuscan town. If traveling by train a 60 euro cab drive to Meterchi to see the Della Francesca Madonna... More

Hotel location okay but that's it. There is no porter to help with luggage but the desk manager did help somewhat. Parking for car is 13 € night. The single room was okay but the bed was hard as a rock. Pillows very lumpy...not a good night's sleep. Breakfast okay but no hot food. I suppose it is okay for... More

This hotel is billed as a 4-star and is definitely not. The beds are lumpy and the pillows are hard slabs...so uncomfortable we were up all night. The air conditioning is not working well and we couldn't get the room cool. The first room was so small I asked for another which they gave me...not much larger but ok for... More

On a tour of central Italy by train, my wife and I stopped off in Arezzo for one night, the main objective being to see the wonderful frescoes by Piero della Francesca in one of the churches. The hotel is very well positioned, literally three minutes walk from the station and perhaps seven or eight from the picturesque central square... More

We stayed at this hotel recently and it was really nice. This hotel is located in the centre of Arezzo which is very convenient. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Every member of their staff was polite and very helpful. Would definitely go back!

The hotel is located on a major traffic circle in the center of town, which is very convenient to the train station and the sites. It is very noisy however, and you must close the windows to get any peace. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working and the room was almost unbearable. Additionally, I was traveling with my adult... More
