Very unexpectedly hotel of a level of at least 4star. Comfortable rooms with balcony and sea view. Private elevator to a private beach, where only guests of the hotel have access. Excellent animation team. Breakfast is a little bit too poor, but for Italy it is typical. Comfortable parking with a lot if space for the cars of the hotel.s... More

We came into town and went up the hill to this hotel to enjoy the private beach however the lift to the beach was closed. It's a tired very large hotel. I'm sure it would be great for large families in the summer. Not my style of hotel

Booked into this hotel by tour company who classed it as B & B ! Our understanding of that would be you can walk to a nearby town easily for evening meals etc.-WRONG !!! Possibly a good location (Spectacular views and private beach-albeit accessed by dodgy lifts) IF you have transport but we didn't and the promised shuttle bus was... More

This hotel is for those who want peaceful rest. Excellent staff and service, everyone is trying to do their best for the guests. Excellent food and the cold white wine is of a very good quality. Speciale pleasure you can get from animation group of young educated and always frendly and smiling team members! Hotel pools are clean and beautiful.... More

MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT- I chose this hotel because it had a private beach. Well, guess what, one staff claimed the elevator was not working and the other staffer blamed the weather. The weather was not the problem, it was the lazy or lack of staff. After five days of asking when it would be open my son begged them to... More

This hotels is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. The swimming pool and private beach are as lovely as any 5 star resort. The rooms were clean and functional. The bathroom was a disappointment as the shower was dirty and did not drain. The main complaint we had was the air conditioning was turned off by management very early... More

After a long time searching for a family hotel in Sicily that wasn't too expensive we opted for this hotel as it sounded it had everything we were after and it didn't fail to deliver. We stayed there a week full board. We were made to feel very welcome as the only english family there, everyone was really friendly and... More

I have just returned from a stay of 10 days at Torre Normanna with my family and friends, and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays I have had! The animation team are fantastic and really made the holiday. There was plenty to do during the day from aqua gym, to archery, tennis lessons and dance... More
