Stay in this hotel several times. Great location, in centre of the town. Easy access, easy to park. Professional staff. Hotel is dated but clean, reasonable size rooms, ok breakfast. Four stat rating a little hard to see But a room with a view for €108 good value and pleasant.

This is a simple hotel, nice, clean European size room with a small balcony looking out to a green park. The location is at the edge of town making it easy to drive into but at the same time very accessible to the town center. The hotel has it's on site parking for a fee of 6€ per day. There... More

I have stayed in Hotel Savona for work with my collegue.. Rooms were not clean at all.. Bathroom was old with broken shower head.. There were hair in the shower from the previous customer!! It s not an expensive hotel so I guess you get what you pay for.. And don't eat in hotel's pizzeria! I can say they have... More

....what others have already said. Great location, reasonable price for a double room and nice staff. On a busy road and although our room was on the4th floor, the noise from the street below was very disturbing. The windows offer little insulation from noise, and our room was opposite of the very old elevators so every time the elevators moved... More

This hotel, ideally located in the downtown area of Alba is next to several important landmarks including the Piazza Duomo (where several great restaurants can be found). The hotel is old fashioned and does need a major revamping yet

The hotel is on the edge of the old town. It has easy car access and there is secure parking available adjacent to the hotel building. The room cost is reasonable and an OK breakfast is included. The room was comfortable and clean but was somewhat old and worn. The old town has a number of excellent restaurants and the... More

This is a nice but tired old hotel in a perfect spot for exploring Alba. We asked for a room facing inside and it was quiet. Our room and the rest of the hotel was worn looking. Our toilet had a broken seat that required fixing. The bed was quite hard. We did have a rather large bathroom with shower... More

In August 2013 we stopped in the little town of Alba to visit some of the world's finest wineries - many small and not well known but producing amazing wines. It was my first trip to Italy but my boyfriend had been there many years before. He had told me about the Hotel Savona, having stayed there years ago -... More

We were lucky enough to stay here whilst playing in the World Masters Games. The town is a lovely old town with many great eating locations. The Hotel staff was so friendly and could not do enough to help us, from the staff behind the counter to a lovely lady behind the bar, we could not have enjoyed a better... More

Situated in the city center, a very short walk from the shopping streets. Room was nice but a bit worn. Breakfast ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Private locked parking in the back, great for us traveling by car.
