If you are looking to explore Agrigento without paying over the top, Hotel Amici is the hotel for you. The rooms are basic but clean. My partner and I required somewhere to shower and sleep, this hotel was perfect, and is located a few minutes walk from the historical city of Agrigento. The hotel is located within easy reach of... We only stayed for one night because we were only in Agrigento to see the valley of the temples but the front desk at the hotel was great!! They even let us print out our boarding passes on their computer and they also held our luggage for us while we explored the town. Overall great one day experience.

The hotel is in a very central but uninspiring location next to the railway station.Comfortable rooms and good value for money, but the breakfast the worst Ive ever had in Italy in 25 years.A good base to explore the Valley of the Temples.

Hotel Amici is very well situated off the main road and had parking available. It is a five minute drve from the Valley of Temples and only a few minutes from the centre of Agrigento, making an excellent spot. The lobby has a good modern decor and you can spend some relaxing time in the terrace with some of their... More

We stayed at the hotel just for one night. We did not have time to even have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. What I wanted to stress is the great location. We arrived by train from Palermo and discovered that the hotel was only a flight of steps and a crossing away from the station. This is like... More

Looking at the pictures we were expecting something different. It's not terrible, but the room was very basic, it looks like a student dormitory. The staff was very kind, but I think you'd expect something more for this price.

This hotel is right in the middle of Agrigento, and there's easy access to the bus and train station. The rooms were clean, small, and pleasantly cool, and the standard, though basic, covered everything you needed. This is very decidedly not a luxury hotel, in many ways it feels like a student dorm or a hostel. But it's excellent value... More

Our staying was very nice: the hotel is just a few metres from the Train Station and several bus stops. Reception offers you a map and suggests what to see, where to eat, etc. The rooms are fine, humble, not for posh visitors.
