Stayed three days here and if it were not for the great balcony in this room (#304), one night would have been enough. The shower ( actually a sprayer in an open tub ) couldn't accomodate anyone over five foot tall without touching the slanted ceiling. There is not an ice cube in this hotel !! Small shabby depressing rooms. Take binoculars for view of the sea. Cramped shower room badly overdue for refurbishment. Booked two nights but made our escape after the first. Poor value indeed. But didn't see much better in Agrigento. Valley of the Temples a big disappointment. more

Could have cried on entering this hotel. Would have left but we had paid up front. Would have cut our losses and taken a flight home if we had been able to. Dirty bathroom, miserable breakfasts, dingy lighting. I could go on but I'd rather forget! more
