The gardens of this hotel, have plenty to offer without needing to go anywhere. The temples could been seen across the valley. There are some great outdoor areas to sit and relax as well as a beautiful garden to explore. The hotel was within a fifteen minute walk to,the temples and also close to the city centre. It could be improved... More

We stayed there for 2 nights at the end of August . We had a beautiful view from our room of the Temples. The room was very comfortable, good mattress, clean, spacious WC and AC worked perfectly. We also found the service at the front desk to be exceptional. Girlonda went out of his way to help us with transportation... More

Booked the hotel as we arrived at the station, so totally impromptu. Following a quick (10 euro) taxi ride from the station, we arrived and were checked in within minutes. The hotel is half way between the main town and the Valley of the Temples and seemed very quiet. Don't be put off by the exterior - it is much... More

Although we had trouble finding this hotel because the one sign faced the "wrong" direction for us, the staff was great getting us checked in and settled into our room. We had a problem with the booking, and they went above and beyond to settle it very satisfactorily. The views of the Valley of the Temples from our room and... More

The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. We walked to one end of the sites and did a loop and got a bus back up from the last site visited the museum and walked back to the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was good and clean. The breakfast... More

The good thing about this hotel is its location. It's only at 15' walk to the Valley of Temples. The restaurant offers good sicilian food. Breakfast is not so good and coffee is horrible. Bedrooms are old, although they are clean. The hotel has a park with a chill-out área, but has no swimming pool.

We missed the hotel as we came to Agrigento, the hotel's name board being rather obscured, but when we did arrive we were greeted warmly and our luggage was quickly and efficiently taken up to our room. We were in number 402, up a small spiral staircase on the top floor, with a large terrace and a fine view over... More

We spent two nights at this hotel that is conveniently located near the Valley of the Temples (although not within walking distance). Public rooms were much more attractively furnished than the bedrooms which were small, simple, and had very poor air conditioning. Even when set on high the room was much too warm at all hours of the day. Besides... More

After a frankly embarrassing "negotiation" on the price (I wanted to book through Hotels.com whereas the Director tried to convince me booking directly with them) we got our room on the 2nd floor. No view unfortunately. The room was absolutely average, which is expected given the hotel's age. The door did not appear too secure, but a safe was available... More
