After a frankly embarrassing "negotiation" on the price (I wanted to book through Hotels.com whereas the Director tried to convince me booking directly with them) we got our room on the 2nd floor. No view unfortunately. The room was absolutely average, which is expected given the hotel's age. The door did not appear too secure, but a safe was available... More

Colleverde is very convenient if you plan a visit to Agrigento's temples in the valley close by... It's also very close to some good restaurants in Agrigento, including a few ones which can be reached after a short walk from hotel. Rooms are good but nothing flashy. highligh of our stay was the breakfast which is served in a nice... More

Furnished in a very classic style, the Colleverde Park is a quiet, relaxing place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant, with breakfast served indoors and the evening meals set out in the extensive gardens. Some people may like that, but we don't particularly enjoy the attention of insects and prefer the air conditioning! Breakfast was... More

Stayed for 2 nights at end of April. Conveniently situated about 1km from Temples/Museum & 2kms from town centre (uphill walk!). Beautiful gardens & good restaurant in which I felt very welcome with good advice on local dishes & wine for dinner from Maitre D. Good local bistro across the road from the hotel if you prefer. Front desk very... More

The Colleverde Park was recommended by friends and, with the Villa Ducale in Taormina, was our go-to hotel. It is not close to the Temple Concordia like the Villa Athena (where we had a very good lunch) but it has extensive gardens full of nooks and crannies for reading or enjoying the view over the valley. The food was terrific... More

The hotel is situated off a main road near The Temples. It is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The out door dining room and bar in the garden area has a good ambience and views to the Temples at the far end of the garden. The rooms are quiet more than adequate and indoor lounge areas nicely presented, with... More

My wife and I stayed here as part of a tour group. The hotel has a very nice intimate feel to it. It is located near the Temples for those looking to explore the ancient Greek ruins here. Rooms were adequate and the public spaces were very inviting. We had both breakfast and dinner here and both were very good... More

The gardens of this hotel are beautiful and the staff very helpful so it was a pleasure to sit and unwind on the terrace. The hotel decor is dated, but it is very clean, the restaurant is professional and the food good. It is near the Temples, and so just outside the town. Free wifi which worked well. The Temples... We stayed two night in this hotel. We liked everything about it: the nice garden; the restaurant with very meals - dinner and breakfast - and service to match (thank you restaurant manager); efficient rooms, and fine location. We found the staff friendly and efficient. We have some criticisms however: the hall in the garden was being painted and it... More

The good: great location, beautiful grounds, wonderful dinner, good breakfast and friendly staff. The bad: hard beds, spotty internet access, poor air conditioning The ugly: none Internet would connect & disconnect in room. Worked ok in lobby.
