The house and rooms are big by Italian standards. The bedding is as comfortable as you will get in Italy. Ask for extra blankets if you need them. This is a residential area so there are barking dogs and yelling children but I had no problem sleeping. We called Pierdomenico when we arrived in San Leone and he met us... more

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in our tour through Sicily. It is a very comfortable and well set up B&B with off street parking. the beach is within walking distance and Agrigento temples are easy to get to by car. Very friendly host who will meet you if you have trouble finding it. It is a... more

We chose the Villa having read Trip Advisor Reviews. We had been advised that AGRIGENTO was not particularly attractive, so we just booked one night in the San Leone area, in order to visit the Temples. Villa Amico is a modern house in an ugly down market seaside area, but it was clean and comfortable, and it suited us fine... more

We stayed 3 nights at Villa Amico. Its in a quiet residential area of San Leone & benefits from secure parking. Clean quiet and spacious room - we also had the benefit of a balcony - not much of a view but still nice to sit out in the early evening before setting off on the 10 minute walk to... more

An excellent place to stay. The owner is extremely friendly, and was even willing to pick us up from the train station when we arrived too late at night to catch a cab. Within easy reach of the Greek temples for which Agrigento is famous. Absolutely recommended. more

Villa Amico is a great place to stay not just for visiting the temples of Agrigento but also for using as a base to discover some of the lovely beaches and places along Sicily's southern coast. Pierdomenico is a gracious and friendly host the rooms are spotless breakfast is ample and you even get free use of his bikes to... more

The B&B is impossible to find due to lack of road signs. Pierdomenico Amico came to get us when we finally gave up and called from a bar in San Leone. The facility is very clean, but lacked access to a kitchen. The shower stall was a challenge for ample folk. The Villa Amico is a bargain in an area... more

We stayed at Villa Amico for one night in April. We arrived at lunch time in the sunshine on our way to Agrigento. The owner Pierdomenico is extremely friendly and gave us lots of tips and information about the area. The Villa is nice, the room was not big but clean and also has a lovely small terrace. There are... more

Villa Amico is a very clean and comfortable B&B. We had a pleasant room with a large balcony with table and chairs. Pier-Domenico is an attentive and friendly host. He can hardly be blamed for the weekend traffic and the occasional dog barking and if some Sicilians are inconsiderate neighbours and insensitive to animal welfare. Breakfast was OK. His place... more
