Stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was comfortable clean and thankfully not near the road which I understand is noisy. The pool was cold but even in Sicily it is only April. The staff were helpful and we really liked the antipasti table at dinner which is self service and plenty of choice. Breakfast good, usual continental self service.... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was fine for that long of a stay. The grounds are disappointing. The gardens are non-existent but it is just the beginning of their planting season. Why the front desk suggested we go walk in the gardens when they are clearly not cared for, is a mystery. The pool is... More

We stayed at the Hotel Kaos for 3 days as part of a tour of Sicily in April 2015. The hotel is located a few miles from Agrigento adjacent to the main cost road. This has the advantage of easy access to the road but you would not realistically be able to get to the town, the temples, or the... More

Dear client, We would like to thank you for giving us your opinion about the hotel. We are sorry that the food didn’t meet your expectations, even if its quality is constantly controlled by our central offices and a wide range of dishes is offered. We can also ensure that the staff of the hotel always takes care of the... More

A great base to explore the local area and its historical and natural heritage. The tranquility of the magnificent pool with its views over a turquoise sea and the exotic garden was a daily treat for my husband and I after a day's sightseeing - a little paradise. We had a stylish modern room which was light and spacious with... More

We were very pleased with this well-run hotel. Our standard room was clean and comfortable. It had a balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool, tennis courts and gardens. There was live music on the terrace by the softly-lighted pool every evening, making it a perfect place for a cocktail before dinner. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with directions. A... We arrived late in the evening to check in. Unfortunately the hotel was very hard to find, it is down a very small road off the motorway which is not sign posted or lit in any way. Once we arrived at the hotel we were unable to get wifi on our phones or laptop, even right next to the router.... More

We stayed here for three nights as part of a Riviera holiday and found the hotel quite a pleasant place to stay. Our cases were heavy and we were on the first floor (no lift) but a member of staff helped. Initially our shower was not working properly, but when we mentioned it at Reception it was quickly put right.... More

I stayed in this hotel very recently and i must say i was VERY IMPRESSED. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, the outside facilities - pool and tennis courts and gardens and beautiful, the hotel staff especially the reception staff and the manager are just amazing and multi lingual - the rooms are spacious and fully functional - they are... I recently stayed in the Hotel Kaos on a group tour. In the queue at check in, I asked one of the group members why anyone would name an hotel after the villains in a 1960's American sitcom. He had no idea what I was talking about and suggested "Kaos" must have a different meaning in Italian. When I did... More

We stayed 3 nights at the start of September with Riviera, the first of two places that week during our very enjoyable Sicily tour. In many ways we were pleased with the Kaos, despite the off-putting name, which we were told means 'cavern'. This is a Blu Hotel, close to Agrigento. It was spacious and clean, our room was perfectly... More
