I stayed one night in room 103 as part of of Rick Steves tour. The room was is in the main section with the majority of rooms. The room was adequate size, with both a bed and loveseat, but the room was dark and could use some updating. There was one small window looking out onto the common courtyard, which... More

Hotel has a great view of the hillside. Our room was up a spiral staircase with a loft bedroom. Service was good. Would recommend for travelers to Agrigento. Restaurant has good food and the breakfast was good typical Italian fare. Grounds and view are good. Hotel is as advertised and we would stay again on next trip

Our arrival down a dirt track at the gates to this small hotel was a pleasant surprise. The area generally is "scruffy"and was not all what we had expected. The hotel was clean although somewhat dated. The rooms were simply and adequately furnished. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We were particularly surprised by the quality of the food... More

We stayed here one night on a Rick Steves tour. Lovely courtyard and grounds, with view toward the Greek temples. Four-course dinner excellent, as was the breakfast, which included several unusual pastries.. Staff seems unusually dedicated.

The hotel is well located facing the Temples hill. The view at night is amazing. The hotel is charming with the big gardens down fro the patio. The rooms are very comfortable. Furniture is a bit old but full of charm. Major inconvenience for us was the difficulty to take showers as the bath tub has no glass protection and the... More

We loved this hotel - just spent three nights here as an extended family of 6. Parents and kids stayed in the tower suite which was very comfortable, with twin beds for the kids downstairs and a king for the parents upstairs, with views and a spa shower. Grandparents stayed in a standard double in the other building which was... More

Facility and staff top notch, especially bartender Emil and dining room staff. Well-tended grounds with great views of the Valley of the Temples. Food also very good - with local specialties featured. Plan to return with other members of my family.

This is a fantastic base to visit the valle di templi. The building is a reconverted 14th century tower. It's conveniently located outside of Agrigento in a quiet side street, not too far from Gate V of the Valley of the Temples. A little tip : we stayed in room 206, which is a corner room and one of only... More

The hotel makes a good first impression with its tranquil courtyard and well-maintained buildings, once you've found it that is. (The exit from the highway is hard to find and the hotel, itself a short distance down a washed out dirt road, is not well signposted or marked). Location a bit isolated and in immediately uncharming surroundings, however once inside... More

One of the ancient Sicilian coastal watch towers built to warn of Barbary and other invasions provides the core of this delightful hotel. Bedrooms are in a separate two-story wing (no lift). Our room was generously sized, very clean and well maintained. The staff were polite and most helpful. Breakfasts were taken in a sunroom overlooking the Valley of the... More
