Great stay, good dinner. The hotel is in good shape, the road to access it definitely not. I can recommend it. Sicily is a great place to stay, some aspects of it just need to be filtered out, eg dirt on the roads...

We visited the area to see the Valley of the Temples and to be honest that is it the area. They are breathtaking and better than Athens. The Baglio della luna is a jewel in the area. A lovely boutique hotel with style and quality oozing. Our room overlooked the valley of the temples and was well appointed. We ate the... More

There are places where there is a sense of service which goes beyond the expectations. Baglio della Luna was one of those places in my experience. A special thanks to Felicia who made me feel home just after 5 min I arrived. The breakfast is amazing. Home made cakes and delicious local products served in a very elegant way. A... More

Wonderful hotel. The garden and courtyard are stunning. Service was brilliant. Views of the Valle dei Templi over dinner was a very nice touch too. (An added benefit was how easy this hotel was to find in comparison to some of the other sites we went round in circles trying to find in the rest of Sicily.)

It was easy to find as long as you either had wifi or a GPS. Check-in was flawless, was given a quick history of the Hotel and escorted to our room. We made dinner reservations and was given a table with a view of the Valley of the Temples. The room was spacious although it would be perked up with... More

The Hotel Foresteria Baglio della Luna is an historic residence in the midst of the Valley of the Temples, and has been a UNESCO Human Heritage site since 2000. There are two historic buildings, the Foresteria and the Watchtower. The hotel room was comfortable and very clean, overlooking a paved courtyard. The hotel grounds included relaxing lawns and shady gardens.... More

It's an amazing hotel located about 3 km from the temples, a bit away from the city center, and is quiet & beautiful. It has a large atrium & an outdoor dining area overlooking the temples. Get to dinner early so that you can get a table with front row seat on the lawn. The bar & breakfast area are... More

Beautiful small hotel with immaculate grounds, rooms and meals. It's a little hard to find, and I guess you need to be driving, but it worth the effort. From the outside it looks nothing special, but once through the door you realise it is a great place to stay when visiting the Valley of the Temples. Hard to imagine the... More

Agrigento is a modern very crammed city. Do not stay in the city. Instead this is a wonderful peaceful very elegant hotel with beautiful grounds. Also 15 minute walk to beach (though take your car down the road as far as you can). There are few if any nearby choices for dinner so go ahead and have dinner there.. but... More

We only stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful. There's a lovely patio, large garden, and windowed restaurant with views of the Valley of the Temples. Breakfast there was wonderful with fresh granitas, juices, and fruits. The room was large with big, modern bathroom and really hot shower.
