Antonella and her son Andrea were both very helpful during our stay with them. The place has a great history and the breakfast is not to be missed: homemade pastries and jam that are to die for! Valuable advice was also given to us on how to make the most of our time in town.

Arco Ubriaco rates as high or higher than the many fine B&B's we stayed in during a recent trip to Sicily. Atmospheric charm in the cobbled street and ancient building - lovingly modernized - are accentuated by the warm welcome and helpful hospitality that was more like a homestay than a hotel stay. Our hosts were a mine of information... More

Welcoming feel at home type of stay. Our hosts went out of their way to make our visit a memorable one, suggesting places, walks, museums and gardens to visit. Home made jams and freshly made and warm pistachio cornetti in the morning was the highlight of my sister in laws visit. Rooms were comfortable, location central and easy walking distance... More

The service, room, and breakfast at this B&B were all perfect. The B&B is located on a small side street and is more like a large family home with an interesting layout. The place is run by a fantastic family. They give great recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area. They provided the great recommendation for us to see... More

Why wouldn't you pop Agrigento and the Arco Ubriaco on your Sicilian Itinerary? Our hosts, totally adorable with their Sicilian love and affection for us as guests. Lost in finding Arco Ubriaco? No problemo, our hostess drives out to find us with a grande umbrella to protect us both from the downpour. A twelfth century building filled with charm and... More

Our experience in Agrigento, as well everywhere in Sicily has been excellent, the people is charming and loving, very generous. The Architecture fabulous, the see enchanting…the food, oh my God the food….that was really incredible!! And for sure it has been at the L'ARCO UBRIACO that me, my husband and our two kids (4 and 6 years old) felt more... More

Over my month trip I've stayed in a mix of hostels, houses, b&bs and hotels. This by far was the most comfortable, cute, best serviced bed and breakfast I've stayed at. I got picked up from the bus terminal, the room was comfortable with air conditioning, tv, bathroom and spacious closet space. I was treated with so much kindness and... More

The hotel is well located and hotel owners are extremely friendly and helpful and supplied us with all necessary touring and dining information, maps and brochures (including a great tip for ice cream place. the restaurant recommended was just OK). The room is nice, quite big, though we had a bunk bed in our room so it took up a... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
... more   less
