It is not easy to find this hotel but once found and the car parked the hospitality is great. The room is spacious with bath robes and slippers. it is situated a block from the old city centre. The hotel has a free shuttle service to the spa. Breakfeast is excellent with plenty of choice. There is a small pool... More

This family hotel is located in a small town Acqui Terme. The position is very good: 3 minutes from Piazza Italia (the Centre), 5 minutes from natural park and Spa centre (Regie). The hotel is old style, very clean, quiet. The owners of the hotel do their best for the guests. You can book Regie Lago Delle Sorgenti just in... More

I stayed in Hotel Acqui just for a night but it was quite perfect. We arrived here from Malpensa Airport following the directions on google maps. Just my advice, take the highway and then take what we call Statal Highway (strada statale). Do not take the provincial hyghway (strada provinciale). It's easier and faster, you have to pay the tolls... More

Signora Gianna and her staff made me feel so welcome that I had the impression I was a family friend, while the services offered are those of a 5 star hotel. Whatever need or wish you might have, will be taken care of. I am a vegan and I had no difficulty in eating at my heart content, they provide... More

First impression over the phone with the polite and friendly owner has been amazing, and the place did leave up to expectation with unparalleled service, manners and lovely atmosphere, but what I loved the most was breakfast: everything is home-made from bread and cakes to jam and anything you can wish for. I had a selection of cheese with home-made... More

During many travels, the welcome and hospitality provided by Gianna at the Hotel Acqui beats all my experiences. They do the utmost to make you feel at home and as a special guest of their house. My parents, girlfriend and little daughter arrived around 10.45 at night. We had not had much to eat and asked if we could find... More

We just stayed the one night on our way back to England. I agree with the good reviews posted by other guests, but with three reservations. We stayed in the Junior suite, and found the bed very hard - so hard that I hardly slept. The other problem with that room was that from early in the morning the guest... More

Stopped off for a night while traveling through Northern Italy. Best experience of our trip thus far. Room was well kept, spacious, and centrally located. Staff turned the 4-star accommodation into a 5-star experience.

Hubby & I stayed at Hotel Acqui for the last 5 nights of our trip. It's a well managed hotel with 5 stars service. Staff are attentive and friendly. They welcomed us with coffee freshly brew whenever there's a chance. The buffet breakfast was excellent plenty of food including eggs any style. The rooms both Superior and Junior Suite I... More

We booked this hotel as a stopover as were driving from UK to Tuscany. The hotel itself is fine - nice large bedroom and good facilities. However, what makes this hotel special and worth a return visit is the service of the staff. We were able to park our car in the garage and this was greatly appreciated as we... More
