So we were back again to skip the stress of the holiday and have a relaxing time instead. A lot of the staff remembered us and they were incredibly nice. Food was far superior than last year and i have to say i was lucky enough that they actually prepared some of my favorite dishes (like tuna and sword fish)... More

My expectations for a four stars hotel were very disappointing, the curtains of the room dirty, fingerprints on the wardrobe, walls not clean, shower very nasty and old falling apart. However the staff was very polite. I would not go back, and I would not recommend the hotel to any friend. Monica from Vicenza

i spent 5 days at the hotel for a conference. All the delegates enjoyed the venue and the service as much as i did. Great food, amazing pool on the roof, not close to the train station but easy to reach with the bus.right next to the center of abano

Spent 4 nights in this hotel over Christmas. It is a massive hotel and was very busy but i don't think they had enough staff to cater for everybody. We booked half board. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment,There was plenty of food but the quality was very low and the worst part was the coffee from the machines. It was utterly... More

The hotel was "okay" but the decor was tired, the spa was being renovated and the town of Abano Terme is not where you want to be in October. No one is there. We were there as part of a tour to be close to Venice. But it's not that close. It's a 30 to 40 min train ride away... More

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and wouldn't have anything bad to say about the hotel. The area was pretty quiet and not as near Venice as we thought but we were going there anyway so we didn't look into it. There was various places to eat and small bars. The pool and room were nice. We mainly... More

The room and hall smell terrible. The room air conditioned didn't work and could not be regulated. The shower did not drain the water properly and the room had a step to go to the bathroom. The breakfast was OK although it does not have warm selections.

Definitely not a 5* hotel - maybe 3* ..but maybe. You will find in Greece a lot of beautiful hotels and sites. Avoid Alexandros Palace as much as you can.
