While it wasn't all that bad for me, the rooms are of varying quality. I was originally put in a tiny room with a REALLY unstable bunk bed (the ladder was only attached on one side and it moved) and a slightly grotty shower, but my teachers made a mistake and I got a much larger family room (room 125... I'm 16 now and at the time we went to the Chanteloup, we only went there because of how close it was to Disneyland and that is where we were actually going to. I look back at that trip with so many fond memories....but the Chanteloup ruins them all, i still feel sick thinking back to when i was there.... More

The food we had was different to everyone else because we were a school trip and it was vile. We got onion soup which nobody liked. You had to pay 10 euros for TV. The bathroom was clean but my towel got stolen and I didn't get it back.

We visited this hotel earlier this year when visiting Disneyland Paris. We only stayed one night but the rooms were big enough for four, although the bunk bed did seem a little unsafe. The room was clean and tidy and the staff within the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. Lovely stay, would definitely return! Only thing was the selection... More

Stayed twice in this hotel on business-trip in 2014 during daytime (10:00-19:30). Brought passengers to EuroDisney with a coach. Coachparking is limited on the premises, but if there aren't much cars on the lot it is do-able. The rooms are moderate and cheap priced for around 67 euro. The location close to Disney is great. Had diner twice in this... More

We recently stayed at this 'hotel' for a school trip and its safe to say it was awful. Arrival was fine, no problem. When we looked at our beds in a very tiny and HOT room the beds were covered in hairs, stains and at one point a small bug. They did change these sheets but the new sheets had... More
