We stayed for a week in March and I honestly can't understand how anyone could write a bad review about this place. On arrival we were told that they had made a mistake with our room and that we had been upgraded to a room with a hot tub! The room was lovely, the kitchen equipped with everything we wanted... We were looking for some Easter heat for the family to go with husbands cycle training week . Googled Tenerife country clubs and WOW what a find! Arrived late on Iberia Express from Heathrow and greeted with champagne at reception with staff who cannot do enough to help. Overall excellent service. We had pool side apartment - excellent accommodation. Pool... More

Tenerife has not been my favourite Canary Island up until now. I have always preferred the quieter, more laid back Fuerteventura. However, after a week staying at the Regency Country Club my opinion has changed. This hotel is much classier than the Adeje area and a million miles removed from PDLA. We discovered the Regency through the great Trip Advisor... More

Just returned from the Regency Country Club check in very smoothe and easy, room overlooked pool to the sea beyond new hospital being built but doesn't detract that much from the view all staff members helpful and obliging. Large pool with swim up bar, jaccussi in one corner and a separate children's pool good thing was sun beds were not 'reserved '... More

This hotel is a true paradise for children, especially of younger age. There's a heated pool (with all the toys provided), a nice playground, a colorful fish pool, and even a kid's club, where they can draw and make puzzles. Everything is spotless, the staff is incredibly smily and helpful, the rooms are really nice, the food is reasonably priced,... More

First visit family who had been here 3years before. Check-in was smooth with our room 603 being ready immediately. After a glass of cava we were taken to our room. First impressions, very spacious, extremely clean. Well equipped. Glasswear was sparkling - a credit to the cleaning staff. Clean tea towels, washing up liquid etc. (and mossie plugs under the... I was there with a party of four more and we enjoyed ourselves as much as we possibly could..our stay started with a complimentary bottle of champaigne which was just great! The hotel was grandiose altogether..our suite was very spacious with two bathrooms and all very modern and well equipped..Not only did we have a pool/sea view but we also... More

We arrived to a champagne and a lovely hotel reception area. We arrived around an hour before check in time, so made use of the hotel restaurant for lunch. Unfortunately, we were made to wait around 1 hr after check in time before we got the keys to the apartment with a rather patronising comment from the receptionist 'You're paying... More
