I stayed in this hotel for one night last week. The hotel is situated on the main highway from Airport to the City Centre, very close to Al Khuwair where all the ministries and embassies are located. It is a good thing as well as a bad thing. You can access all main areas quickly, but it also means that... More

This hotel is value for money and located near coffee bars, tgi Fridays, hypermarket and Burger King and the staff are friendly but it's very noisy, smelly (sewers) and sleep quality low! The mosque shouts for prayers many times in the day and even early hours, like 5am!!! Pillows are awful and bed a bit hard. There is no alcohol... More

Unfortunately not a good experience, and I am not sure where a quiet room would be located in this building. Due to the design the road noise echoes around the building, coupled with disrespectful neighbours meant very little sleep. The only interaction with staff was at the Front Desk and I must say that although they listened they did nothing... More

I used it for business, but it would be a great tourist hotel. Very attentive staff, full room service, close to attractions and a $20.80 cab ride from the airport. Clean and well maintained are the keywords. Shuttle to the airport, but a cab is easier/quicker. The breakfast brunch is impressive, but the chafing dishes are not labeled, so be... More

The City Seasons has all of the amenities of a solid 4* hotel, rooms are furnished to a good standard and quality, comfortable surroundings, bonus of a rooftop pool, and good service. All in all good value for money, however... The hotel desperately needs to do something about the noise pollution, principally in 3 main areas: 1. From the main... More

I spent 2 nights during EID (October) and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff very helpful and efficient. The surrounding area has many shops, a beautiful mosque, restaurants and is only 10 mins from tourist places like Palace, Old souk, Old muscat. Rooms are well equipped both in space and furniture. Nice pool and Gym;... More

I spent a week here on business and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff efficient and courteous and the food is good. I had breakfast every day and there is a lot of choice. I had dinner just once and the buffet was also very good. The chefs here are good! The surrounding area is... More

Reasonable hotel, but nothing special. Clean rooms, a twin room a double :-( friendly service. But the worst thing was the air conditioning, it doesn't matter if you set the thermostat to 30C it still pumps out cold air leaving the room with an arctic cold. Finally had to sleep with the window open letting in the hot air outside.... More
