Big rooms, all a bit overstuffed with furniture. Odd decor throughout. Good, well-equipped gym on the top floor. Usually good value.

The hotel is a new property, very clean and good service , the location is good for both business and leasure. Many fast food resturants are nearby and a big super market and underground parking available as part of the hotel complex. Rooms are spacious , the only problem I see in the hotel rooms are the isolation between rooms...

This is the second hotel I stayed in in Muscat. I arrived at the City Seasons an hour and a half before check in time. I am glad I did as I do not think they could find my reservation. I was asked to wait about 15 minutes whilst they searched. The girl (Maryam) left the desk area to confer...

Stayed here last year immediately after it opened and it was soulless as there was virtually no other guests. This time it was busy. The room was very comfortable and well appointed, the food was excellent and the room service was very efficient. So what were the negative points? Well the breakfast service was poor, one day I did not...

I arrived late here and wasn't sure what to expect. It has mixed reviews on Trip Advisor and I decided to risk it as I was to be in Muscat only for one night and the price was good compared to other hotels.
Anyway, check in was fine although a little bit slow, there was a double booking issue with...

I really enjoyed staying in this relatively new hotel in Muscat. The pool upstairs was great and the gym was brand new with good quality equipment. House keeping was friendly and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. I enjoyed the Muscat bakery down the road for some cheap bites to eat.
From the start, the staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived very early but were allowed to book in, and we were upgraded to a lovely, huge room. Nothing was too much trouble for the smiling staff on reception, in housekeeping and in the restaurants. The road outside is very busy but the double glazing keeps the sound...

We stayed here for one night on business. The hotel is the other side of the main highway from important Government buildings. Although the top floors have some views towards the sea and the mountains, the hotel itself is tucked between other non-descript high rises. There is nothing spectacular about the hotel or its location. Check-in and check-out were slow....

This is a decent business hotel located in a central location in Muscat. The hotel is located excellently around many good eat out spots in the city.
The rooms are spacious and clean and the service is at par with the best hotels worldwide.
However, couple of downsides were:
1. The breakfast was very very predictable with almost no change...

Stayed in this hotel for four nights. It was my first stay in the hotel. My company wanted me to check it out, before we start booking our staff.
I was given a room at the 6th floor . I was informed at the front desk that the rooms in the 6th floor were the best, due to its proximity...
