We enjoyed our one night stay but not for my kids. (-) They didn't have anything to do. Even watching TV. No TV channels for kids and limited. WiFi unstable. Not carpetted/even small rug around the bed, so we used towels. No conditioner. Pool in the rooftop needs a renovation. No sound proof between the walls. We woke up in... More

This is a modern hotel with beautiful Arabian design. The rooms are very large and the beds comfortable. Finally a hotel in Muscat with a decent internet connection that does not get cut off every few minutes! The buffet dinner and breakfast was also of a high standard. Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel and will be coming... More

Stayed here 3 weeks in December, Staff was excellent up to and including the manager. The food was delicious and well priced. Beautiful pool and spa. I would stay here again as the hotel is so nice and almost brand new.

the hotel in general was good with very friendly staff. The front desk staff did not have much knowledge of attractions and things to do in Muscat other than giving you the contact info of tour companies. There are many places around the hotel such as super market ,restaurants and banks. You can access many places from the hotel if you have your... This hotel is centrally located ( if this may make sense when talking about Muscat ) with easy acces to the main highways , and a "village" accross the street . Modern but decoreted with oriental touch , the mostly Indian staff are helpful and friendly . Room are nice , comfortable ,complete and the wifi is perfect . Breakfast... More

Good location, nice service, clean rooms. There was a trouble with internet connection and the keys. They had to magnetize them every day (sometimes even few times per day). I spent there almost a month, so it was very annoying after few days.

I had a business trip to Muscat to visit a public authority there. the authority informed me that the platinum is their choice for special rates they gave. I entered room 612, the toilet was not flushed, there is mess there... room smells, TV was not working (later on worked with lots of disturbance) I begged the receptionist to give... More

Centrally located although such is Muscat you need transport to get around. Comfortable and clean hotel with a good choice at breakfast. Roof top pool and fitness centre. Free wifi throughout and will provide you with log in details for lap tops and phones. Recommended if you are in this part of Muscat.

A well designed hotel with traditional style which has clean rooms and average breakfast. It's internet service is very week, even horrible. It's position is good specially if you have to go to different parts of Muscat.

This hotel must have one of the most well maintaned and clean reception areas I have been to. However, rooms are not even closely matching hotel exteriors. Noisy aircon, unexposed electrical wires, there was water left in the bath tub (welcome from the previous visitor). If you look for reasonably priced hotel in Muscat, this could be your choise.
