For our first trip to the lower keys, we wanted a fair mix of typical Key West experiences and laid back relaxation. You can certainly find either in Key West without looking too hard. We wanted to unplug for a few days and Little Conch Key seemed to be the answer. Is the property a bit aged? Yes. But not... More

If you want high rise bldg, lots of guests, and walking a block to get to beach, and then a block other way to get to pool --look elsewhere. Here everything is relaxing short amble to beach, pool, or boat dock - where we also saw many varieties of fish, even baby barracudas - with ocean almost always in sight.... More

View is beautiful but the houses are falling apart. Very poorly maintained and poorly managed told paddle board was included with free kayaks then when time to leave was told we had to pay $50 a day for paddle board.

Most beautiful sunset I've ever seen. Tiki area is so peaceful and perfect the beach is small but perfect with hermit crabs to watch. You could see fish right off the side of the boat launch. It looked like a saltwater aquarium. We stayed in Coral which is beside the office and can be a bit noisy in the morning.... More

We loved our stay on Little Conch Key - it was very relaxing. We stayed in Baby Conch Cottage for 5 nights. The small cottage was nice. It is not beachfront but centrally located in the (small and private) complex. The cottage has a screened in porch and a lovely private hot tub and barbeque in the garden. We very... More

"just because I can"...I decided on a 'quick' Keys overnight...and a return to this wonderful secluded, off-the-beaten path gem. In 15 years it's been up-dated, but not ruined, just swept up. (I like what they've done, but I kinda liked the original, almost 'forgotten'/'over-looked' feel. Now I'm reviewing it, I'll probably have to place a reservation months in advance.) They... More

1. From the moment you pull into the gravel driveway, park in your own spot and go into the office you know peace and tranquility are yours. 2. Every person who works there is knowledgeable, pleasant and engaging. 3. We stayed in the Queen Conch cottage. Look no further. Large, clean, waterfront and I mean WATERFRONT, well equipped kitchen, lots... More

Let me start out by saying that if you are looking for a crowd, a bar and a party, unless you are bringing it with you, this place isn't for you. If you are looking for a true getaway with tranquility and relaxation, then you will love this place as much as we did! You will pull off the highway... More

As I drove home today, I debated whether to even post a review because I didn't want to give away this wonderful gem. It's not a luxury hotel; it's just a quintessential Keys vacation spot. A friend and I shared the "Cat's Eye" -- a small, clean but well set-up, reasonably-priced "apartment." She got the queen-sized bedroom; I landed on... More
