Kingfishers Manor is the perfect romantic get-away. The rooms are fantastic: clean, spacious, welcoming. GED is the perfect host, always there when you need him but considerable to leave you alone to enjoy your break. The man even got up early to cook us a 5:30 am breakfast. I highly recommend Kingfishers Manor to everyone looking for a relaxing place.

The hostess with the mostest! Ged was an amazing host who showed my friends and I a fantastic time, so generous and extremely entertaining. He is also a man of many talents! I can highly recommend Kingfisher Manor for a time you won’t forget. Accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. The Azure room was nothing short of breathtaking. Perfect holiday... More

Not the easiest place to find, especially in torrential tropical rain, but a phone call to the Kingfishers Manor and its owner, Jed, guided us in to a welcome that made up for the weather. We were hungry after a tiring journey. He recommended a place, booked it, and then drove us several kilometres to the restaurant in Noosaville; waited... More

We stayed in the Azure room. The window curtains are not block out, so for anyone who is sensitive to light waking them in the morning, the Azure room is not for you. As soon as the sun is up - so are you. The curtain over the bed needs changing as it's completely see through and doesn't prevent light... More

Thanks for your comments. The Azure Kingfisher Suite was not designed to have block out curtains favouring instead the natural daylight and garden views. The window over the bed is not overlooked from anywhere and it is impossible to see into the room from outside. Again, the curtain is designed as a decorative feature. As far as the soap is... More

2 days at Kingfishers Manor = 2 days in heaven! Set amongst tranquil bushland at the end of a quiet street, the grandeur of the house belies its internal warmth and comfort. There's no stiffness or standing on ceremony here, no obsequious manner (or indifference) of hotel staff, just a lovely relaxed atmosphere, with the totally amazing host anticipating and... More

From the moment we arrived our every whim was catered for, a swim in a lovely clean sparkling pool with it’s own small grotto then a delightful spa set in bush surroundings above the pool while our host provided us with a cool refreshing wine. What a pleasure awaited us when shown to our room, large with French doors opening... More

We couldn't have had a better location for our wedding reception than Kingfishers Manor. A small gathering of family and friends Ged helped us making this day unforgettable. My family from Germany stayed there and enjoyed the great service, breakfast, pool, location, etc. I would recommend Kingfishers Manor to everybody... !!

When planning my honeymoon I had browsed alot of places on the sunshine coast that were pet friendly, as you could imagine the selection was minimal and most places I could find were only holiday houses that required a certain length of stay and only during certain periods etc, they also came with alot of restrictions if you were travelling... we stayed for three nights for a little R&R and were very pleased with our choice. Our host was very attentive and multi talented (currently building 2 harpsicords). The manor is a little off the beaten track so pleasantly private and secluded with the garden bordering on the native bush complete with varied bird life. Despite this it was only... More

Have just had an amazing 2 nights at the manor, the room was perfect and the bathroom was out of this world. The whole stay was relaxing and even got to have a swim in the great pool. Breakfast was to die for nothing was too much trouble for the host. A wonderful second honeymoon we would highly recommend to... More
