Gibbon Bridge is consistently excellent with it's food and service. We where not disappointed when we dined last week. Wonderful double baked cheese souffle to start, duckling for main and sunken chocolates pudding for dessert. The menu may not vary much but can you blame them if it works well don't try and change it. More
