Alaigne is a small, quiet 'circulade' village with its own bar and cafe, situated about 30 minutes from Carcassonne airport and perfectly placed for the Cathar trail and its castles. The charming town of Limoux is only ten minutes drive away with lots of different restaurants . Chez Dyna is a beautiful house full of amazing things. The owners Lin... More

We tried to book here last year but left it too late and were delighted to get a room this year (5th – 12th June). Geoff and Lin are very welcoming and the few days we spent in their B&B was a home from home. Alaigne is away from it all, but well placed for touring the Cathar country. We... More

We stayed for a week in Alaigne whilst visiting our daughter and family and were made very welcome by Lin and Geoff. Thoroughly recommend the dinner here cooked by Lin who caters for specific dietary needs. Situated in a nice quiet village with easy access to Limoux and Carcassonne. Good recommendations on where to visit and local restaurants from Geoff.... More

One in a million - this is my 2nd visit to Lin and Geoff's lovely BnB and we have booked to revisit again very soon. Lovely homely rooms, clean and classic with beautiful taste and decor. Lin and Geoff are perfect hosts-welcoming, helpful and with that perfect balance of being around for your requirements but giving you privacy too. Highly... More

We spent 8 days in a well equipped, perfectly clean and comfortable apartment early April. Parking at door. Very good wifi. Geoffrey and Lyn could not have been kinder or more helpful. Alaigne is a wonderful, quiet village in a region replete with history, scenery, great walks. And of course, the best of wine and food. We recommend Chez Dyna.

We stayed for only one night with friends who were there for 4. Lin and Geoff the owners, were lovely. We had a fantastic dinner cooked by Lin, our 2 daughters who were babysitting the little ones of the other couple had the tired travelers dinner; which was a fantastic array of cold cuts, fruit and Dutch sprinkles (Lin found... This is a great place to stay for those looking to explore the Carcassone region - situated in a small, quiet village approx 20 mins from the motorway it was an ideal stop-off point for us en route to the Cote d'Azur. 3 spacious, comfortable rooms, guest lounge, welcoming hosts & superb evening meal with local wine. We were the... More

We stayed for a week in one of the self catering apartments and had a very relaxing time in well equipped comfortable apartment. The apartment was very clean and had a very functional kitchen with a washing machine built in so we were able to wash our clothes regularly. The bedroom was upstairs and a good bathroom adjoined the bedroom.... More

My husband, who is disabled, my son and myself initially booked 5 nights at Chez Dyna, but due to problems with our car, we were forced to spend an extra two nights. Our hosts, Lin and Geoff were kindness itself and couldn't do enough to help us enjoy what could have been an absolutely disastrous holiday. The accommodation was first... More

At Chez Dyna they have transformed the old forge into a lovely little art gallery which displays a range of art work from local artists. A wide price range means that ther is something for everyone. Lovely to visit and a really good addition not only to Chez Dyna but also to the village of Alaigne which already boasts a... More
