This place is situated in a pleasant little village with a castle and great views. It's not too far from the city (a 20 min drive), from which you can take the train directly to Turin or Genoa. Amazing experience courtesy of Franca and Aldo. Picked up from the airport by Franca and despite a lack of English on her part and a lack of Italian on mine we managed to have a friendly, part French conversation. Don't miss this wonderful little town. We stayed in a very quaint, old refurbished church in the heart of the town. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and the breakfast was an Italian feast.
