We stayed in the dairy. Farmer Steven and wife Lynne, were very nice people, just gave us a splendid welcome and then let us get on with it, we are grown ups after all. Our accomadation was accessed by a private entrance so we did not feel supervised or a trouble to others.

My husband and I stayed at Jex Farm for a weekend in November and thoroughly recommend it. Lynne and Stephen are friendly hosts and we were made very welcome upon arrival with sausage rolls, mince pies and tea. Our room, the Parlour, overlooked the front gardens and was very spacious, with a large comfortable bed and cosy leather settee to... More

Spent a wonderful week at Jex Farm in the "creamery", a lovely comfortable room with the added bonus of superb breakfasts provided by super hosts Stephen and Lynne. A fantastic base for exploring the North Norfolk coastline,Sandringham and several National Trusts. It's been sixty years since my last visit to Norfolk(won't leave it so long next time !!!)..... Seriously, can't... More

We were due to stay at this property in August 2011 but didn't end up going until March 2012. Lynne and Stephen carried over our deposit and their friendliness and welcoming attitude was apparent from the very first communication with them. Our property was large, absolutely spotless and the decor was modern and the attention to detail was fab. Lynne... More

Had a wonderful two days at this delightful b&b. Excellent room, fantastic shower, seat outside, magazines, tea and home made cake on arrival, great breakfast, very reasonable rates....what more could you want? We also loved having a settee in the bedroom so we could watch TV in comfort :-) Lynne and Stephen are perfect hosts; very welcoming and helpful. And... More

From an off chance internet search in 2009, my wife and I have stayed here 6? 7? times; we've spent a valentines day here, we spent one of my birthdays here, we had our honeymoon here, we are going back this weekend! We have sat in the lovely breakfast room eating fresh made bread with "from the chicken that morning"... More

I just cannot find one single fault with this gorgeous bed and breakfast. We booked a last minute weekend here, and i am so glad we did! Arrived to an unexpected afternoon tea, freshly homemade scones with homemade strawberry jam. Was so delicious i cannt begin to describe it. First time i have ever had cream tea, and we tried... My family of 7 Adults plus my Grandson and daughters dog stayed at the Amazing Stable (Self-catering) at Jex farm at Christmas 2011 for the week. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find that milk, eggs and other items had already been provided. The Stable itself was a remarkable premises, I certainly felt at home straight away. A really excellent and comfortable barn conversion near Fakenham. Could not have been more comfortable or better equipped - it had everything needed for a perfect week in the countryside. Stephen was a friendly host. The barn was warm (necessary in the winter!) having a wood burning stove in addition to central heating. The kitchen was well equipped and the... More

What a find! Jex Farm offers a warm welcome and very comfortable rooms. When you arrive... home baked cakes! Delicious lemon drizzle for us. The twinkling Christmas tree in the breakfast room was delightful. We were there for the weekend to see the Thursford Christmas show and from Jex Farm you can cut across and miss all the traffic.
