Rooms are reasonably spacious and beds comfortable. Strong shower. Friendly reception staff . Breakfast choices are adequate but replenished slowly. Great views from the sea view room but was rather noisy when children were playing in the pool. Near Kudat town and the seafood places by the Esplanade.

Just stayed two nights at the Kudat Golf and Marine Hotel. The place is badly managed, very run down and in need of an overhaul. No safety box in the rooms. Showers/toilets out dated. TV - 3channels. The breakfast was bordering as not fit for human consumption...... !! The worst breakfast buffet we have experienced in SE Asia. No bread... More

I stayed here for two night whilst working in Kudat, and the room was not uncomfortable, all was clean and everything worked. Air-con was unbelievably noisy and to get any sleep I had to turn it off. Breakfast was quite basic but acceptable. Wi-fi was only available in the lobby and the coffee shop, and was not absolutely reliable. All... More

We stayed a night at this hotel to attend the Sunset Music Festival at the tip of Borneo but was unable to get a hotel closer to the event. The hotel itself is very far from the music fest but close to Kudat town. Upon arrival, we had to unload our bags from our transport by ourselves. It was probably... More

We arrived quite late and have to unload all our luggage ourselves. The room was a bit small for the price and quite run down. Also limited items for buffet breakfast. However, you pay for the view and location. Ample parking and easy to find hotel. It is very helpful especially for those who are new here....

This resort meets our expectation for the price we are paying for. This is the first time we stayed although I knew of it's existence for more than 14 years. We knew it's old and having guessed the low occupancy and number of tourist to Kudat, we were not surprised that the resort is a bit run down and had... More

The only reason we booked this place was because it is the only "resort" in this area. my wife & I are from Kota Kinabalu and decided to go to the "Tip of Borneo" for the weekend so we book at this "Resort" which should be renamed "Last resort". The hallways stick of mold, the rooms although not smelly are... More

If you are going to visit the northern tip of Borneo you will probably need to stay over because it is a long drive from Kota Kinabalu. Unless you are going to the tip of Borneo at sunset then I wouldn't bother because it, and this hotel, are not really worth the journey. The staff are pleasant but the rooms... More

We had no expectations of finding anywhere other than very basic accomodation when we drove to Kudat so were delighted when we came across the Kudat Golf and Marina Resort. For a very reasonable price we were given a spacious and clean room with a large ensuite bathroom and glorious views of the swimming pool and sea beyound. We only... More

Were given a smoking room,a not ready room before being given the right room. The room is spacious but basic. No wifi in the room, only at the lobby and cafe. The only consolation is the beautiful view of the swimming pool and the sea. It is within walking distance to the golf club, for a you can go and dine there overlooking the... More
