We had a lovely greeting and the room was very nicely decorated. It was made even better as we could take the puppy with us. Everything was lovely and clean. Very friendly and helpful, would definitely go back and would highly recommend

Quite a journey down little roads to get there but a pleasant room when we arrived. The dog was made welcome. The owner Nikki showed us around into other rooms and they could be used for families who wanted to self cater. Our room had a microwave and toaster/egg cooker with crockery, cutlery etc. Another had a small kitchenette. The... More

Very well equipped with everything you could need in the room, from snacks and fresh food, a cup of tea and cake on arrival, and a brilliant host. We will be sure to go back and take the grandchildren to. The Breakfast was very good , plenty of parking

This place is a real gem. Greeted by Nikki with tea and cake, the room was like having your own little cottage. The hot tub was fab and Nikki even lent me her own swimsuit as I had forgotten mine. Had a lovely quiet two night stay here. Nikkis sister Amanda dropped us off at Belvoir Castle and even offered... More

We had a great break. Wonderful, warm hospitality, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was really good and individually tailored. Would absolutely stay here again. Free Wifi. Great walks for the dogs which were welcomed.

Great location in the countryside. The service was absolutely amazing, everything was provided. (Personal touch) Even included a hot tub :) Would definitely go again and recommend to others. Made us feel completely welcome, home from home.

I stay in a lot of hotels and b&b's throughout the country and this has to be by far one of the best. Very welcoming and comfortable stay. Nicky was absolutely lovely. A wonderful breakfast all round excellence would highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable one-night stay here. What a warm welcome from Nicky! The room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped with games, books, breakfast items, teas/coffees, toiletries etc - all you could wish for and more during a stay of this nature. Access was direct to our room with our own key so we could come and go as... More
